The staff is very friendly as a pediatric dental office should be. They make the parents comfortable on top of making sure their patients are!! Clean office, excellent staff.Great work with my kids mouths. Thank you Island Orthodontist.

I love coming here from my oldest daughter who is now 28 and married now my youngest in who is 11 years old still same quality of professionalism from moment you sign in to the back .Very kid friendly place and great staff i have nothing bad to say ..it’s been over a decade and i would still recommend this orthodontist if you need one .We travel from Riverhead to come here do you know it’s worth it !!!

I have used this orthodontist for over 7 years and 2 of my daughters, it is the best on the island. The office staff are so friendly,the office is spotless, the staff inside take great care of the patients and are very quick and efficient at appointments- which are easy to book due to thier great office hours. I am so happy with thier service.

Unfortunately i do not have the best experiences here. All of the staff are friendly except for the young lady at the front desk that makes the appointments. Every time i go up to make an appointment i feel like she is rude to me especially when i say the time and date she is offering does not work for me for the next appointment. I’ve never seen her smile. Today i had it. As i was walking up to make my next appointment, i was on my phone trying to pull up my calendar, when i look up she is staring at me as if I’m wasting her time. It is just always unpleasant and its always been this way for me when she assist me.

I went to Island Orthodontics to receive Invisalign beginning in February of 2021. I have recently completed my treatment and I can not express my gratitude adequately for this office's professionalism. In the last 2 years, every single Doctor, assistant, and administrator treated me kindly; answered any question or concerns that I had. I was seen promptly at the time I was scheduled, every single time, for the duration of my treatment. Finally, for the first time in 30 years, I like my smile. I 100 percent recommend Island Orthodontics.

Extremely disappointed. Zero Stars. Felt completely taken advantage of. Was not told about the $75 consultation fee until after my son was sitting in the orthodontic chair to be seen for x-rays. Very pushy, as far as reception and technician trying to book the next appointment and get my credit card and insurance information. Canceled next appointment after I contacted several other orthodontics, all of which do NOT charge any x-ray consultation fees. Over priced as well compared to other orthodontists.

Their website says they offer free invisalign consultations. When I booked the consultation I asked if it's a free consultation - yes. When I called the day before to confirm the appointment I asked if it's a free consultation - yes. When I got there the assistant talked to me for a minute and then wanted to do diagnostic xrays which they'd "run through your insurance". If insurance doesn't pay it would cost me $250. So either the insurance or I will have to pay for this, which means it's not a free consultation. I told her that I was ensured this would be a free consultation and she said the consultation was basically the minute she talked to me. I didn't get to see a doctor. I didn't get a price quote. I wasted 1h of driving. What a scam... beware if you want to go there for a "free" invisalign consultation.

The entire staff at the Ronkonkoma branch are amazing! Very profesional, friendly, and courteous individuals. My daughter is starting treatment with Dr. Mike Cotzas, who is just exceptional! He is always so nice and professional with a calm demeanor. He explains the procedures very thoroughly too. We love coming here. Thanks to you all for all that you do!!
