First and foremost they gave my son an emergency same day appointment with NO hassle- and the waiting room was packed so I don’t believe they had a lot of availability. The front desk was very kind and very welcoming. Great vibes.Kiana the dental assistant was awesome, attentive and overall great with my 4 yr old. So sweet, knowledgeable and gave my son her time. (Again it was very busy)Dr. Pablo answered all of my questions and even took the time to speak to my sons father on the phone to answer all of his questions as well.He provided same day treatment, explained it well and treated my son kindly and professionally.I’m so very grateful to all involved!!!!

My child and I didn't like our experience with Dr Sulla, he doesn't like answering questions and get frustrated when you ask. Also he capped an infective tooth that he knew was infective. I had to take my grandson to another dentist and was told the tooth should have been removed. My child was complaining of the pain for a while and after i seen he capped it , this didn't sit well with me. I had to take him somewhere else to have ithe tooth removed. He also informed me my child face will swell up so he knew this tooth had infection! I assume he knew we would need to come back and he could charge the insurance more money 💰. What a horrible thing to do to a child !! Don't bring your little children there he just want to exhausted all he can from the insurance Co. Especially if you're on a Medicad plan... The dentist I took my child after couldn't believe. And after he did all the work he sent a letter stating he can no longer service my child!! I'm still upset and this isn't the end .t

They deserve more than a 5 Star!! The staff was really amazing to both of my daughters and treated them very well. What an excellent service from Dr. Max and his crew. Dr. Max was gentle and made my kid feel the most comfortable. I am truly impressed and would recommend this place. Dr. Max you have an outstanding Crew!! Can’t say it enough. Thank you Tender Smiles 4 kids!!!

They were very quick with getting us in and out the office, the hygienist and dentist were thorough in explaining things to me as they went along with the cleaning and professional. It was my 3 yr old's 1st time to the dentist. He was not scared at all they made him feel comfortable. I love our new pediatric dentist office!!! It was worth the wait.

We have been coming here for a couple of years and always have a great experience. Doctor is great, and all the staff members are really nice. The kids love coming here and get the balloons and goodies. And for the most time wait time is great and not long. I just wish they have more appts available. Other than that we love coming great place.

I have prolonged the fact of taking my children to the dentist for fear that perhaps they would be very scared by the dentist or for fear that it will hurt. But my 7-year-old son had a small accident and he bent one of his small teeth and had to take him in an emergency. Today was a terrible day because I called so many doctors and most do not accept emergencies or do not accept insurance. And I called this number and just because of the way the secretary spoke to me I felt like it was the right place. But when I got to the office there, I understood that yes. This was the right place. Everyone in the office had a very positive attitude and what to say about the doctor. Wow, he's the best doctor I've ever experienced treating my children. He has an excellent charisma. I would like to remember the name to mention it but I don't remember it. And his assistant is so kind. I'm in love with this place. I love it and my children both told me mommy. I want to go back to that doctor. For those who are mothers, they know that the greatest satisfaction is to feel that our children are comfortable with their doctors. So 5 stars are not enough to describe my satisfaction. The receptionist called me to ask me for my insurance information on Thursday at 5:06pm. I didn’t have the card with me so let her know I need to retrieve it and can she call me back in about 5 minutes. She then proceeded to say in a nasty tone that “No I cannot call you back because it’s the end of the day, so you call tomorrow with the information if you don’t want to lose your appointment”…that was really strange to call me to ask but then she can’t wait 5 minutes, it’s ridiculous!I put all the information in the system on Friday from the text message. We are now good for our appointment at 11am EST on Saturday, or so I thought!Saturday arrives and we have my sons soccer game at 9am. I receive a call at 9:45-9:50 to let me know that there was a cancellation and if we could get there earlier to be seen. I was like sure no problem, right after soccer we got there around 10:15ish…after waiting for like 20 min I asked her when I would’ve seen and Apparently, she called every other patient to see if they could come so now we have to wait, since other ones arrived first that us. Which doesn’t make any sense, in that case I would come at my appointment time. I told her you should let me know that other people arrive and I would come that early, then she blame it in my insurance information, information that I put in they system and that she could had if she wouldn’t call at the end of the day. After all, I left after been met with nasty tone for a couple of days from her.Just the manner in which she spoke to me was extremely unprofessional.I would not recommend going here!

The entire staff was kind. I appreciate how interactive and inviting they were with my daughter for her first visit to the office. Jackie at the front desk was amazing! Cindy took her time being gentle and explaining step by step during the cleaning process making it very comfortable for my daughter. I am happy that people like this exist in the world, especially in service. I highly recommend, keep up the great work!

Dr Rod, the hygienist, the assistants and the front desk staff were all super friendly with my son and I. My son had a great experience and yes he had cavities that they were able to fill in and they made my son feel at ease. I’m so thankful for their patience and kindness. If you are looking for a dentist for your children do not think twice about bringing them to a pediatric dentist; this pediatric dental office especially is a great choice! 100% recommend !!

Finally brought my 5 year old in after nights of crying in pain from his teeth and not being able to get an appointment for weeks, we were made to wait over 4 hours to have his tooth pulled and as we were sitting in the chair and the dentist arrived they tell us they don't take my insurance (of course they had said they did when I made the appointment and when they had seen him and taken X-rays weeks before) They insisted on taking my credit card and making sure the charge went through before they proceeded to remove the tooth and get my son out of pain. Aweful experience
