Amazing experience over the a year of my treatment. They always made sure to be present if I needed any assistance or had any questions at anytime. The whole team was friendly and welcoming from the desk to the dental assistants and of course Dr.Asrar herself. I had my braces removed yesterday and am ecstatic about the results as it was better than anything I expected! I would 100% recommend Bigsmile orthodontist to anyone, you won’t regret it!

So grateful for this place! We moved here 4 years after my daughter got out of her braces and she had her permanent bottom retainer come unglued. After 4 years! The office staff was amazing to get her in quickly, even as a new patient, to help repair that retainer so we wouldn't have the increased cost of replacement. They were kind, patient, helpful, effective, and it was a wonderfuly comfortable and clean office.

Amazing!!! I called and asked if they could help me with a broken lower permanent retainer that I have had since 2006!! I have never been here before and they were able to get me in same day!! My permanent retainer was fixed in no time and everyone was very sweet. They made sure I knew what my cost was going to be. I definitely recommend this place. The customer service alone was well worth the drive.

Dr. A and her staff are so kind. They always great me by my first name and get me seated almost immediately. I love how honest Dr. A has been with my treatment plan. She provided the 3M Aligners that are by far more durable than Invisalign. They cracked one time and Dr. A was on the phone immediately to help resolve the issue. Big Smile Orthodontics has been great with my budget as well. With her discount on aligners on top of my insurance, out of pocket was a fraction compared to my friends going to other facilities. Honestly would recommend Dr. A and team to anyone. They are great.

Highly recommend. They are kind, patient, affordable, and efficient. The front desk is excellent, the assistants are friendly, and the doctor is wonderful. Everything was smooth and seamless. My daughter was initially anxious but ended up loving having her braces on. She didn't have a problem getting them off. She had to get one adjustment due to discomfort, and they quickly accommodated her and fixed it to where she was comfortable. Very clean office as well.

We chose to "interview" Big Smile based strictly on the reviews and the close proximity to our home. From the second we walked in, my daughter felt comfortable and completely at ease. The assistants always greet us by name and are so friendly, and the orthodontist is very kind. They are also quick, efficient, and work around sports/school schedules. Bonus is that they were also the cheapest provider we had looked in to .. by several hundred dollars! ... and the payment plan is super reasonable. We don't have a single regret choosing Big Smile and would recommend them to everyone!

Big Smile is the best! Even though I never had braces there, I had a free consultation with the orthodontist. She told me that my case required jaw surgery. It was a turning point in my over all health. It led to a very successful double jaw surgery, nasal surgery, chin and tongue surgery at the Mayo Clinic performed by the best oral maxi facial surgeon in the world, a $100k operation paid for by medical insurance. Without my free consultation at Big Smile, I would not have known to seek out jaw surgery. The result is, now I can breathe, and I no longer have an underbite! She changed my life! I will need braces after I fully recover from my surgery, and for simplicity sake (and for continuity of care), I may just stick with Mayo (they are awesome too!), but if I get the option, I will definitely go to Big Smile. Thank you again!!!! Wow, this place is life changing.

Wonderful experience with dr.Israr!She's the sweetest doc we have ever met and she takes us in whenever we are having any problems with the braces .Both my kids got their braces from her and she even opened her clinic for us when my kid was having a problem .Highly recommend her .And her clinic and all the tools are very very clean .
