Carus Surgical Center Round Rock

Excellent experience. From the surgeon, Dr. O, to the nurses and office staff I felt very cared for. Dr. O & his Assistant made sure I knew what was going on, that I was not feeling any pain at all etc. They were genuine in their concern for my feelings and well being. After surgery, I was given everything I needed to heal at home, sufficient pain meds, antibiotics & antiseptic mouth wash etc. I am feeling better much now, day 3 of healing. Pain is managed. Better days ahead thanks to the team. 5 stars, 10/10. Thank you, Carus team & Dr. O!

Wish I could give more stars!! From the front staff to Dr Tahiri and her team! Very knowledgeable, professional and amazing attention to details. They really go above and beyond. Throughly explained everything in simple terms. Put up images and showed exactly what the procedure would involve. I usually have extreme anxiety when at the dentist. Not this time. Very good bedside manner and a gentle touch!! This is the place to get outstanding results. Look no further, trust:)

I got my wisdom teeth extraction here and am so thankful I did. I'm deathly afraid of needles and anesthesia, yet Maria and Ally, especially Maria, were exceptional at making me feel comfortable while they administered the sedative. Maria was so so kind and patient, checking up after the procedure via phone as well. The healing process was very smooth, and the whole experience was great!

I hope this rating isn’t premature as my kiddo is still in surgery.Two months ago, we went to a different company who quoted us $5,000 out of pocket, they had a long wait list, and they refused to allow us to even schedule an appointment before the procedure was paid in full. We couldn’t wait any longer, so we came to Carus; a place I had previously been avoiding because I thought I had seen some pretty awful reviews. I’m glad we ended up coming. Here’s what I liked so far:1) Quick turn around time. We had to wait about three weeks for the consult, but only two days for the operation2) Cost. The bill was $2,300 out of pocket and I didn’t have to pay until the day of surgery which gave me time to get situated3) The doctor obviously did his medical research. He asked me tons of important questions, including the name of our pediatrician and cardiologist and the last time we saw them. He proactively asked about the health of other vital organs impacted by my kid’s condition…. Organs that I didn’t even mention on the paperwork, indicating that he clearly researched.4) I don’t expect anyone to know everything, and I respect those who aren’t afraid to ask questions when they aren’t sure. He made sure to check with the pediatrician to confirm he can proceed before operating

I didn’t think I’d like it because the waiting room was so crowded when I stopped by to make sure I was in the right place, but it turned out to be the best dental office I’d ever been to as an adult! Everyone was so friendly & the Dr was so informative! No one likes going to the dentist, but they actually made the experience an enjoyable one!!! Kudos to everyone!!! And thanks!!!

I had oral surgery this morning with a biopsy removal. Let me just say that I have had oral surgery many times in the past, and have always been out a 3 days or more afterwards. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at an oral surgeon. Everyone at Carus Surgical Center in Round Rock was always so professional, and took amazing care of this old vets mouth. Thank yall so so much for making this such an easy, pleasant experience!Update. I have now been a patient with Carus for about a year now. I can not understate just how pleased I am with the care I have received from this facility. The staff has started to recognize me with is pleasant. All of the staff have been amazing, everyone there is just so nice, and compassionate. However I wanted ro focus on the oral surgeon who has been working with me. Forgive me for I can't recall his name, but I wanted this updated review to be about him. While I do enjoy small talk from the nursing staff, the surgeon gets down to business, and I respect that. He isn't for small talk, he gets right to the point. He is incredibly thorough, and does his inspections with precision. What is really great about him is his attention to detail. He noticed a had felt a mere second of a pinch. He immediately stopped what he was doing and said let's numb you a little more. How awesome was that?! I didn't whimper, move or make a sound, he simply noticed my eye brows twitch. I can not understate my gratitude for this, I have experienced pain in a dental office before, but not here.This team of folks they have built is amazing. And as I always say team work makes the dream work! 10 stars if I could but I suppose 5 will do.

Cary’s Surgical Clinic was exceptional in helping with my issue. The staff took time to review my symptoms/issues and provide positive direction for treatment. Further, they worked me in immediately. One option, which they proposed, if I determine that is the direction need, will be there’s to complete. Again I was totally and completely satisfied, and recommend them for Endodontics and or Oral Surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez and his staff, I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Ramírez and Debbie. I was very anxious and nervous about the procedure, but he was very patient and helped me calm down. Dr. Ramirez was very professional, he took the time to explain what needed to be done and provided valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist. Hands-down one of the best endodontist in the Round Rock area 👍 Thank you Dr. Ramirez for the great experience and quality work, but most of all Thank you for your gentle touch. I left there very pleased with your professionalism and service.

Dr “O” and his assistant were amazing. I needed 6 teeth removed so needless to say I was a bit nervous. I was made comfy and with thr confidence and knowledge was quickly calmed and with nitros they removed my teeth so quickly I was shocked. I felt nothing. And that night & next day healing up so quick. I hope he will be doing my next extraction and implants.

Dr. Ramirez is friendly, informative, and very professional. I came to him in a lot of pain, and he was able to help keep me calm and confident in finding a solution. He also is great with communication in person and over the phone. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. His assistants for procedures were also very sweet and great at what they do. This is my first experience going to an endodontist, and I’m so glad it went so well. Highly recommend!
