Been going here for years and its the first dentist office I even went to a second time. Dr. Boren has always been great and the staff is always polite no matter who it is and they have done great work whether its a clean or root canal or even implant. I have moved several times over the years and always make the drive to this office even if its over an hour away because you will not find another like this one

I’ve been a patient for many years. Everyone here is so polite and friendly. Dr. Boren is the best dentist I have ever had. He explains everything in depth and answers any questions you might have in a way that is easy to understand. The entire team is very respectful and makes your visit a very pleasurable experience. I have and will continue to recommend my family and friends to Rowlett Smiles!

I'm a 15 year patient of Dr. Boren. Have been extremely satisfied with the dental services & staff. Dr. Boren has great patient interaction and thoroughly explains what needs to be done & what options are available. Today's visit was for service recommended 5 - 6 years ago that I postponed. Over the holidays, I chipped a tooth that had a large filling from dental work done over 30 years ago. After numbing me up, Dr. Boren got me taken care of.

Dr. Boren has been our family dentist for over 25 years. He has consistently provided excellent care. He is thorough in his examinations and clear on treatment options. His staff is also extraordinary. They are very friendly and helpful. They communicated with me regarding insurance, appointment times and always return my calls.Update: Another fabulous visit completed. Thank you!!Update: I can never ever say enough fabulous things about Dr.Boren and his crew! ❤️

Dr. Boren’s medical facility is no longer participating in Covid prevention. They’re not requiring clients coughing to wear a mask, they’re not screening, and they’re not taking temperatures. The regular fill in dentist told me this was not unusual, that I should no longer be concerned because other people weren’t, and that they would walk me out if I was not comfortable. With the entire facility being open air and not closed rooms, it is not safe for disabled, high risk, or immunocompromised people. In December of 2021 they were checking temperatures and requiring masks in the waiting room, which are simple ways to accommodate at risk people and their staff. Im very sad that after years of being a client here I no longer feel safe due to the decisions of Dr. Boren to strip safety protocols during an active pandemic.

WOW!!! I'm not sure what to say about the most recent review, as I was coming in here to say how much I enjoyed getting work done this morning at the same establishment. Every person in there, whether it was the front office staff, the hygienists, or the dentist respected my decision and my feelings towards my treatment. We have come to a point in this country that leaving a bad review can tarnish a business, and this office is definitely worth all five stars I am leaving! They have a personable staff, they do great work and I look forward to bringing my entire family here for as long as possible. Thank you for your wonderful service, your commitment to keeping me safe, and respecting my choices for the treatment of my teeth!!!! I enjoyed every minute of it!! (I have never in my life said that about a dentist office!!)

They were great! I will never have to go and seek out another dentist again! They’re (both the staff and Dr Boron) willing to help me get my smile back. I will do whatever it takes to do that. They spent a lot of time with me and explained what the plan is going to be and make sure that I understood everything. I am so grateful that I found them!

I don't know how they do it, but every time I go here, I am more and more impressed.The receptionists are very nice and helpful.The quality is always very high!I love this place!

I'm thrilled to have found Dr. Boren and his awesome team - a mile from my new home! Fiercely loyal to my dentist of 15 yrs back in CT, I've come to realize it's time to make TX home.I love my popcorn but it certainly didn't love my tooth so when I spit out a chunk of filling I dreaded looking for someone I could trust. I rely heavily on Google, and Rowlett Smiles received stellar reviews. I called and spoke with Belvet who was empathic and professional. Greeted warmly, he offered several options to repair my tooth. He has a great sense of humor and will put even the most anxious patient at ease.Thank you Dr. Boren and all the lovely ladies who checked me in and out. Not only will I be back, but my boyfriend will be calling you soon!

Outstanding experience with Rowlett Smiles!I recently moved to Rowlett, TX and was searching for local dentists. Rowlett Smiles caught my attention (one location, one dentist, no big chain dentist company).Doctor Mark was super nice and made the whole experience great! The dental hygienist was very nice and went above and beyond.I can’t wait for my next visit!
