My granddaughter’s appointment was 11:20 am. She checked in at 11:10 am and was called at 11:35. The assistant sat her down in the examining chair and left her without saying anything. Took two more patients and sat them down.. The Assistant started helping one of the patients that she took who came after my granddaughter. And the other patient who had a later appointment than my granddaughter was seen and taken care of by the doctor. My granddaughter was seen by the doctor at 11:50 am. This is poor customer service. Lack of communication.

Brosnan + Clark Orthodontics is the best office in the business. Dr. Clark and the staff went above and beyond for my patient experience. The team was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and welcoming. I feel like I’ve known Dr. Clark for most of my life. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a better smile and an overall wonderful experience.

Dr. Brosnan and Dr. Clark are the best!! From start to finish of the process of braces things could not have been easier. The staff is friendly and welcoming and always will work with you for appointment times. Never a wait time when you come in for an appointment. During the initial consultation they listened closely to my concerns and after the examination they were able to offer several options (retainers, Invisalign, or braces) to improve my teeth functionality.The treatment was smooth from beginning to end. My daughter is just finishing up phase 1 of her orthodontic journey at Brosnan + Clark in Rutherford, NJ. Every aspect of this process was smooth and enjoyable. The care, the treatment, and the friendliness of the doctors and the staff started on day 1 and carried throughout treatment. Scheduling is easy. Payment plans are reasonable. Office is clean and never chaotic. My daughters teeth already look amazing. I highly recommend this practice.
