Horrible experience, I would not recommend anyone to go here. Dr.Tran is very insensitive and does not have good customer service. He is very critical and rude and if you are insecure about your smile he will make you feel even worse about it. The place is just money hungry, they don’t explain why they do the things they do, they are not lenient at all. This place overcharges and employs negligent, grossly incompetent doctors. I left this place with an extra attachment they forgot to remove, and I only found out because my dentist ended up informing me and was more than glad to take it out because it was bothering the inside of my mouth. In the end, I never got the results I wanted. Never coming back, the costumer service is not it, they overprice, and they’re so so rude and negligent. Should have went elsewhere LITERALLY !! Don’t waste your time and money on this place.

Everyone at this office is so kind and gracious, even when dealing with my son who is incredibly anxious and stubborn and scared of any process. They are patient, kind, and explain absolutely everything. They gave him space when he needed it, and time to process. I was almost in tears with relief and gratitude with how well they worked with us, when we were by no means an easy appointment.

BEWARE: Dr. Tran provided a patient with 6 months worth of passive aligners (which doesn’t move the teeth at all) without notifying them. He does not preform the procedures himself or supervise procedures but then charges insurance as if he completed the procedures himself. He claimed to provide custom attachments which is a misuse of Invisalign technology and basis for malpractice. This place overcharges and employs negligent, grossly incompetent doctors. I urge all to not choose this place for dental work.

👍🏻 I had a good experience at my daughter’s last visit. While the visit was a basic check up, the receptionist helped me with a scheduling issue. My son gets his treatments at the Roseville office on Eureka Rd. We showed up at his April 24th appointment and the office was closed. Apparently it was closed due to construction. There was no communication between the office and patients/parents. I tried calling but kept getting vague runaround answers. At Lindsey’s visit, I was able to get more solid information from the front desk receptionist, and was able to reschedule my son at the Natomas office. It’s not as convenient, but I otherwise would’ve had to wait until the Roseville office got back to me, pushing my son’s treatment out over 12 weeks since the last visit. Thank you for helping me figure it out.

This was our 1st visit & we had a 11:10 appt on a Friday. By 12 noon we had not been seen & when I inquired I was told we were being called in the next 5 mins & that there was no dentist working on Friday so it's just x-rays today. 15 mins later we were seen & then told someone would call me to discuss my sons results. This whole process just seemed like a waste of time to me. It was never communicated prior to the visit. If this had not been by referral from our pediatric dentist I wouldn't even consider going back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was recommended and I am grateful for listening. You can feel the positive energy as you are being happily greeted as you walk in to attending you as soon as possible. I went to a couple of other dentists/orthodontists but Premier Orthodontics has a secret weapon… they not only have a great team and services but they have someone who listens to your insecurities and aids your confidence in smiling BIG! Her name is Yasmín, her energy is amazing. She is magnificent! She ensures all necessary documentation and paperwork is present and allows patients to have the best experience possible. I have my 14yr old and 8yr old getting Invisalign with Premier. After insurance, my cost is on automatic credit card payment. I did shop around and found them more cost effective. The other place I was considering was more for Invisalign than braces but Premier offered Invisalign As cheaper. We go in for check up every month for both kiddos together and they are very accommodating, scheduling after school hours. My 8yr old is not very steady in wearing them and they helped us As much As possible including making new ones at no charge! They give courtesy calls to confirm appt too. Recently, we were late and the dr had left for the day, they still had the assistants take a look and rescheduled an appt in 2wks for the Dr to look too.

It was my daughters first time there to get a consult for braces and Yasmin I believe that’s her name was fantastic I can see why they put her to be the one to talk to people before I left there I was like ohhhhh yeah y’all can take my money LOL no but really her customer service was through the roof she explained everything well and made sure nothing was left out thank you also Dr Tran was awesome as well he came and met us and explained everything just as well as Yasmin. So thank you Dr Tran and Yasmin for your help I’m excited to have my daughter get her teeth taken care of with you guys!!!!PS. The over all team was awesome not just these two you will definitely be in great hands when you chose Premier Orthodontics

They are rude and don’t communicate! My son goes there every six weeks and they never talk to me or tell me anything about his treatment plan. I ask and the dr never calls you. Also, they lied and told me that they tell my son his treatment plan. My son said they dont tell him anything. Not to mention hes a minor and they should talk to an adult instead of depending on a kid to relay medical information to their parent.

I received a confirmation text at 12:12 PM confirming my 4:10 PM appointment when I arrived at 4:13 I was informed they were half to reschedule my appointment or I would have to wait 30 minutes the receptionist was very nice however the scheduler would not even turn around and give me the time a day and we’re not acknowledge my 410 appointment at all
