I came into this office on a referral for 1 root canal that I was under the impression I needed was only supposed to be seen for ex- rays at the moment and time but I had been in extreme pain with a swollen mouth for over two weeks as soon as i got there they got me back in the chair no long wait at all . Once I got to the back staff were very nice and caring told me they would have the dr in few min later he came in and said I need three root canals not 1 and that’s why my face was blown up only made since a few min later he was performing the root canals he was so warming and welcoming beens I always have extreme anxiety at the dentist I didn’t have not one panic attack or any anxiety he was one of the best dr from a dentist I’ve ever had and all the staff are super helpful and hecka sweet def recommend this office to anyone looking hands down the best experience ever

First of all I want to thank all the employees for their great public relations their professionalism their great organization skills their kindness and patience. And for the Dental technicians and dentist you are all amazing as well!! My son is very happy that he referred his Uber driver to your office her name is Jocelyn and she's going to change her dental too Redford smiles thank you once again!!

I’m thrilled I found this place. I had gotten a cleaning at another dental office and they did a poor job. I then went to Redford Smiles and not only are they covered under my insurance but they did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. They also did an exam and told me the issues I have without trying to sell me on unnecessary services unlike the previous dental office I had been to. I got a couple of fillings done and they are very efficient making sure I was all numbed up before the procedure and overall the staff has an incredibly friendly and reassuring attitude. The doctor is a bit of a perfectionist which is a great trait one desires a dentist to possess. The dental office is also very clean and tidy which is not always the case (I have seen a few horribly unclearly offices at first glance that major one want to walk right out the door!). All in all Redford smiles provided excellent service, friendly staff, and a cleanly & tidy environment. I will definitely recommend to anyone searching for a good dental office.

I had a great experience at my appointment today! Everyone was very professional and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and the service was quick and easy. They made sure I had all my questions answered and explained everything clearly. I will be going back for sure! I definitely recommend! I typically have bad experiences at dentist offices, tool getting stuck in root, dentist forgot and left shards after extraction he caused.....numerous events but this is first time I've ever met a dentist who is genuinely comforting and good at what he does. He's gentle, makes me feel at ease! I'll never leave this office, they are affordable also. They are amazing.

I believe this is my 3 post for this office! Incredibly amazing staff! Always smiling and sweet! I was late due to work and the office still took me! “ this isn’t normally the case.” They worked with me! Always doing an amazing job! I’ve recommended many including my family. Which now all attend this office! If you are looking for that perfect dentist that is gentle with the dental! This is the spot! Cheers!

I have a severe phobia of dentists and getting any work done on my teeth. The doctor and his LDA knew of it and were very helpful putting me at ease. It still hurt when I got the shots but they told me if I was having any issues to let them know. I did take a few anxiety meds before going and I did use my inhaler to feel like I could breath but all in all it went well.

So happy to see Dr Redford and his employees. Overall, his company really cares for his patients. My previous dentist had a consultation in less than 5min, vs Dr Redford that took time to speak to me about things and explain things thoroughly. After a medical incident that took place at the office, his employee (Emily) texted me the next day to see how I was feeling after what happened. No one has ever done that, and it proves to me the company cares about all the best to help each patient and always be there. It definitely put a smile on my face!REDFORD SMILES 😊

I've been going to Dr. Redford since he took over this office space, several years.And, I must say he is the Best!! I've had a few bad experiences here in Sacramento, so he was a joy to meet ..He makes sure you understand what's going and, answers all questions and tries to do the least evasive procedure needed..The staff is also always very friendly and accommodating..I highly recommend him and this office!
