I am so glad I chose Szymanowski Orthodontics to get my braces. The staff is super nice and Doctor Szymanowski is very qualified and made my smile 100 times better than how it looked before my treatment. They really made sure my smile was absolutely perfect before taking my braces off and I’m very thankful for that. The rewards program was awesome and overall the experience was great. I would highly recommend going here if you need any orthodontic care!

Excellent experience here. I had a previous bad experience with another dental specialist which left me with dental issues such as gum recession and an open bite. I came here hoping he could help restore functionality to my teeth. He addressed my concerns and proceeded in a safe manner to get my teeth to an optimal, functional position. Any time I came in for braces adjustments or general concerns at future visits, him and his team always made me feel welcome and took great care of me. A year and a half later after starting treatment, I'm all done and my teeth are looking and functioning great again. I'm very grateful for him and his team!

I was nervous about starting orthodontics at my age, but the whole experience from beginning to end was amazing. You can feel the fun, friendly energy the second you walk in and the staff seem to actually enjoy their jobs. In all of my many visits, I never experienced anything but professionalism —they always do a little extra. I’m also super happy with the result! So worth it. Thanks Dr Damon! I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any medical “professionals” such as these before. They don’t inform you of what they are doing and talk to you like your mentally deficient. I was told 6 appointments in a row that the next one I would have my braces removed. When they were removed I was left with near permanent dental cement on the front and backs of my teeth. And while I knew from the beginning that I would be required to wear retainers for period after my braces were removed but was not told until I got them that I would have to wear them for the rest of my life, and if they ever broke or were lost it would be around 600$ dollars to replace them. The final straw was when I walked in 9 minutes late to an appointment (due to traffic on Watt) was told to wait, then was told I was 12 minutes late and they would not be seeing me. That was for a ~15 minute checkup. Please do not waste your money on this borderline fraudulent business.

Over 15 years ago when I was in braces I cannot imagine it being as great of a place as this. I mentioned before to the great staff here who always have a contagious smile. My son is in his final stretch here although having a few mishaps I never again never had any issue having him seen as soon as possible and no judgment :) Everyone is so positive, happy. I recommend this place if your in the market for braces. Thank you again Szymanowski Orthodonics.

After years of having braces as a child, I had come to the realization that I would once again need treatment as an adult. I was unhappy with what may seem like minor details in my smile to others, but were significant defects to me. Dr. Szymanowski and his team made me feel comfortable & confident in my choice of treatment with their streamlined & efficient processes. I was in treatment for 18 months, which flew by. I had a visit about once a month which also gave me time to get to know the staff; they are always pleasant, gentle, kind and willing to listen and answer all your questions. I would recommend this office to anyone as an adult going back into treatment or just starting to parents with children. They’re top notch & make the experience very pleasant. I love my smile, thank you!

I just got my long term retainers yesterday and am super happy that my teeth are in the best place after almost 2 years. I had a cross bite, and I initially consulted with 2 places: an online invisalign treatment program, and a different dental office chain that I wanted invisalign to fix my cross bite, and both consultations told me it wasn't possible and that I needed braces.However, When I went to consult Dr. Damon, he took one quick look at my teeth and immediately told me I can do invisalign treatment EASY; I was stunned (in a good way). Of course, I got started right away. Every single time I visit the office it was always a positive environment with all the staff and Dr. Damon is extremely good at what he does. I was in and out no more than 20 minutes every time.If you're in doubt about which orthodontics office to go to, don't even think twice and just go to this one.Spoiler alert: You get some candy and a nice beverage at the end of your treatment. Oh, and here are my results.

My treatment with Dr. Szymanowski and his amazing team has been, by far, one of the greatest professional interactions I have ever had. During the free consultation, Dr. Szymanowski and his treatment coordinator, Darlene, were very patient as they took their time to thoroughly explaining all the different treatment options, how they worked, what to expect, potential timelines, and alternative pricing structures. And in no way did they engage in any kind of “sales pitch.” In fact, before moving forward, they encouraged me to really think about what I wanted, my unique needs, and to consider my smiling goals.Later, when I began my treatment, RDA Michelle and Daysi were utterly AMAZING. After Daysi took the very quick, easy, and painless digital scan of my teeth, the process was well underway. At my next appointment, it was very apparent that Michelle was extremely experienced and knowledgeable in the delivery of her craft. As this was my first experience with orthodontic care, Michelle was very kind in explaining the whole process and making sure I understood everything as she effortlessly guided me through my appointment. It was also very clear how much she truly cares about her patients, as she continuously asked me if I was comfortable, if I needed anything, and how I was doing.The Financial Coordinator, Yvette, was also very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable when helping me set up my payment plan. She even knew about the latest updates regarding policies around Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) before I mentioned them. It is so refreshing to deal with professional, competent people who know what they are doing and actually care about their patients.Even all of Szymanowski’s scheduling coordinator’s (Grace, Becca, and Angelina) are so kind and welcoming whenever you call or arrive at the office. On several occasions, they diligently worked with me to make sure appointments fit into my schedule. And the office itself is remarkable. Not only is it absolutely pristine in appearance and immaculately clean, but it is equipped with the latest, most up-to-date, and high-tech equipment in the dental field.Another thing that I love about Szymanowski Orthodontics is the environment! I think what truly makes this team great is the atmosphere and culture they have created. It is apparent they are not just mere colleagues…they are more like a family. And as a patient at Szymanowski Orthodontics, you are quickly welcomed into that family. Within minutes, they will be telling you stories, laughing, and making you sure you feel right at home as you receive the best treatment available. I cannot recommend Szymanowski Orthodontics highly enough!!!

From the very first day to the very last, we have had amazing service each visit! All staff from from desk to the medical team are informative and provide the best customer service. We always felt comfortable and heard through out the process. Dr. Szymanowski provided quality attention to my sons teeth and needs for each visit and seems to keep his staff happy! My husband is next and we will continue referring people. We are so grateful for the experience!
