I believe this was my first time here with my mini me. If not, nothing about those other appointments stood out. However, today something happened with one of the children that caused me to start paying attenetion to what was going on. The area where they treat the the children is a small open area. I was sitting there watching Dr. Church work will all of children and he was amazing. He was very patient and caring. He did a wonderful job explaining what was happening to both the children and the parents. It is almost upsetting to only be able to give him a mere 5 starts!

I wanted to share my experience with this office for anyone considering them for their care. I was referred to them by our primary dental office and went in multiple times for consultation. We waited a few months for my son's jaw to grow bigger prior to putting on the braces - we received an estimate, and picked a payment plan. Finally I called and requested an appointment to put them on and went in expecting to have my son walk out with braces. Our treatment co-ordinator Vicki was not very friendly and rather rude. Her demeanor was very dry and she was standoffish and seemed to only care about getting paid. She told me that we either had to pay the whole amount out of pocket, or wait another 6 weeks for them to submit care approval to our insurance company. I asked why this was not done when I first set up my appointment (I specified when I called that we were ready to go ahead with the treatment plan when I called to set up that appointment) - she had no explanation and told me that they can go ahead and put his braces on but then more than likely I would not get any insurance coverage because insurance required a pre-approval prior to doing any work. I agreed to reschedule the appointment for the next six weeks. I have not heard anything from them in the meantime and a few days prior to the upcoming appointment I called our insurer to make sure they received the claim and all was in good order. They notified me that they have not received anything. I called Lusting and Young and was notified that they made an error in submitting my son's birth day. No one bothered to check on the claim they supposedly submitted, no one called me to let me know that there was an issue - Had I not called myself, I would have again showed up for an appointment where I would be told that they have not gotten insurance pre-approval.I had the misfortune to speak with Vicki again, who was extremely condescending, rude and absolutely horrid to deal with. I told her that the fact that the claim was not received by my insurance company was due to the fact that it is THEIR office who made the error. Her response was "well I didn't know that". How are you a treatment co-ordinator and you have no idea when/how and if a claim was submitted? I cannot phantom how that woman made her way into a career where she deals with a public.I received a call from their office manager who assured me that she would re-submit the claim, and follow up with my insurance to make sure it was received on the third try.Two days after this I called my insurance again to verify that the claim was received and that my son's birthday was corrected - NO Claim was submitted! There was a call made to confirm my son's birth date and that was it.It broke my heart to have to tell my son TWICE now that we won't be able to get his beautiful smile journey started. So, if you are thinking of going to that office - please save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. In my view, I can do without a free tee shirt, fancy coffee or ice cream - I just want quality care for my son. I want reliable information, and security of knowing that when I show up for an appointment everything will be good to go. I want a treatment co-ordinator who will treat my family with care and respect we deserve.

My son sees Dr.Cinelli and he loves him and the staff here. He is autistic and so braces were a big deal for him but Dr. Cinelli and the staff gave us no grief about doing Invisalign instead of traditional braces. They have been so patient and kind with my son and go above and beyond to make him feel less anxious. I’ve never seen him so calm and comfortable at a dentists office before. I highly recommend them if you have a special needs child or teenager.

My daughter is a new patient here. We were referred over by her pediatric dentist - Dr. Hoffman. Our appointment was at 7:30. We were greeted and promptly taken back. Our consultant - Heather was very thorough. She is absolutely amazing in explaining the all the options and is so friendly. I grateful for no pushy was of adding things on - such as lifetime retainer. I, of course, got the life time retainer option because I have a teenager. The paperwork was easy. The payment plan was clear. The office gave us to the option to get the braces put on in the same visit. They did not make us sit around for too long. Moved us from consultation room to the front desk to have the paper work signed and back to the waiting room. They prepared my daughter a seat at their veery efficient set up. They have three chairs aligned in a similar way my hair salon is set up. It’s impressive. Also got the parents that want to stay in the room, a seating area with a long bench is placed at the end of the room. They got her braces on and got me a school note. Seamless execution. Well done Lustig and Young.

I received the best treatment and ortho care through Lustig & Young. Being an adult with braces was a terrifying thought, but they eased all my fears and were supportive every step of the way. They always explain what they were doing and what to expect. My treatment timeline was right on schedule and I got my braces off today! Just shy of 2 years, which is exactly what I was told in my consultation. I was seen in several different offices and they were all very nice, clean, welcoming. The staff was beyond friendly and hospitable. I will forever be grateful for my experiences with Lustig & Young. And if my children need braces, I know exactly where I will be taking them.

My daughter’s appointment was via FaceTime today and it was easy, quick, to the point, and helpful. I appreciate that they're keeping up with appointments to the best of their ability during these strange times. The office will send new bands to us via mail and we know what the next steps are for getting our next appointment scheduled once things are back to normal. We’re always satisfied with Lustig & Young.

The docs and staff have been wonderful at Lustig Ortho. We used a different ortho for our son, and did not have good results. Our daughter required much more extensive work with oral surgery and expanders because of a severe under bite. It has been a long process but her teeth, and jaw line are beautiful. Thank you for making such a huge difference in her life!

The staff was so helpful and amazing. Everything was explained to usin great detail and we were asked several times if we had any questions. We went in for a consultation and once Dr. Lustig explained everything, they were able to put braces on the same day. Dr. Lustig even personally called later on in the evening to see how my child was doing after getting the braces put on. I would definitely recommend Lustig and Young to anyone in need of orthodontic treatment.

We LOVE Lustig and Young Orthodontics! We've had great experiences with their offices. The staff is super friendly. They are easy to work with when it comes to booking appointments. The doctors are fantastic in their care of patients. They are thorough in their treatments. They explain everything and give parents time to ask questions.I especially appreciate that during the COVID-19 shutdown they offered virtual visits so they could keep an eye on the progress of patients. Also, they are always giving back to the community. After Halloween, they offer a candy buy-back (they send the candy to troops overseas, I believe and make a monetary donation to a Cystic Fibrosis foundation).I always recommend LYO to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Lustigs for the duration of her ortho treatment. They have always been amazing with time management and upfront with speaking to her in a way she is receptive. She is so excited to be coming to a close with her braces and is loving her smile. Thanks to all the staff that has been so pleasant EVERY SINGLE TIME we walk in. Amazing staff!
