WOW! Smiles - Salinas

The experience terrible. First off did you know they charge you extra then other Orthodontist in the Salinas area. My daughter was originally said to have her braces removed in 2 years they ended up giving her an extra year because the orthodontist doctor was switched halfway through her treatment. She had her teeth fixed but they put brackets in certain areas that caused her pain and weren’t nessacary in my opinion. They also caused her bleeding for weeks. When it came time to polishing her teeth the doctor messed up her right top gum so bad it is still irritated. When they took off her braces and gave her retainers they told her to wear them for 3 months non stop without taking them off only when she needed to eat. However when the follow up appointment came they said otherwise saying she must keep them on until she is 18 and then to wear them at night. Definitely not happy with a lot of things but I believe these 3 main ones take the cake won’t be bringing my youngest for her braces here.

I took my children here for the first time today for a consult. The staff was very kind and welcoming from start to finish of our appointment. Mariel Aguilar (Treatment Coordinator) and Dr. Naveen Admala were very thorough, patient, kind, and answered all our questions about the treatment process needed for both of my children. My children and I were very comfortable throughout the exam and consultation. They took as much time as we needed without pressuring us. We look forward to upcoming visits with the team soon. I decided to start my journey with braces at WOW Smiles on january and I dont regret it at all the best choice of my life. The receptionists are very kind, all the dental assistants are responsible and nice . DR. NAVEEN is very professional and dedicated to his job I am glad his fixing my smile I love the changes I see day by day i cant wait to see my smile. I totally recommend WOW Smiles :)

I took my daughters there to get their braces more than a year agoThe orthodontists are ok but the people in charge of the schedule are not respectful with the time of the patients, after the first appointment, they are always behind schedule, and we have to wait more that 30 minutes after checking in, but if you arrive 10. minutes late they don’t check you in. I live 40 min. Away from the place and they won’t even let you use the restroom.

Definitely not recommend. I regret. The. Day that I choose. This. Place if you. Do a. Cancelation. Because your sick you. Have. To wait More than a month for an appt. But. Yeah they. Don't skip a. Month for. The. Charge my experience has. Been. Really bad. With them as to them not having. The. Supplies for my procedure or. Not having appt.

I had the good fortune to meet Jose Reynoso RDA awesome guy who made me feel very comfortable. A guy who loves what he does, he was very friendly and has the desire to make others feel good about themselves he took his time to perfection. His work was outstanding can’t thank you enough!! I highly recommend WoW SMiLES a warm welcoming environment!!

It’s nice to go somewhere where everyone is smiling, knows your name, remember personal things about you (like being a Girl Scout and playing sports), take the time to listen and explain, and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Yhip and Jose have always been really great with my daughter, it’s like visiting family.Thank you for such great service!

When i walked into WOW Smiles for the first time i was extremely cautious getting my treatment and getting braces, but from the moment i walked in to their beautiful and clean office and even talking to their receptionist. They were extremely friendly and warming from start to finish. The check in was extremely quick and easy, the front explained majority of what would be happening until i received my full consult from their treatment coordinator. WOW Smiles makes it simple and very practical on their legnth of how long i will have my braces and expected time of removal, the intial xray and placing of the mounts was quick and easy and even better PAINLESS. Best part that the treatment is AFFORDABLE now a days its hard to find a place that wont rip your wallet open and dry you out, WOW really takes the cake on this one simple payment plan that wont bury me in debt. Either way from start to finish im glad i chose wow as my personal orthodontist. The proof is in the pudding, or should i say smile!
