Summit Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Do yourself a favor and choose Gregory Egbert. Dr. Egbert performed my upper jaw surgery in June, and now I am pleased to say that I NO LONGER HAVE CHRONIC JAW PAIN. My teeth fit together as they should! Was I full of fear and skepticism those 9 long months leading up to my surgery date? Yes. But my nerves were no match for this man. Dr. Egbert repeatedly called and reassured me— taking the time and care to answer all of my questions. As I was being prepped for surgery, Dr. Egbert came and talked me through the process as excitedly/casually as a teacher getting their student ready for commencement. His energy helped me look at the whole experience with positivity rather than fear. When I saw him again in the OR, the anesthesia was already beginning to work its magic. That being said, surgery is a big deal, and I began to cry. I am truly touched when I recall the last clear memory I have: Dr. Egbert’s kind touch, his comforting words, and honestly? Him chattering on about his German shepherd and how smart she is, opening gates at home, etc. etc. etc. 😂 … and then BAM! Next thing I know I’m in the PACU with my brand-new jaw. The man is a highly qualified surgeon. He performs multiple jaw surgeries a day, multiple days a week. He’s been doing it for over 30 years. Your in capable hands. But in addition to that, he is also just a top-tier human being who will help you relax as you move through this. It’s going to be great!

I like how Cameron is very gentle with his patients and very sweet and caring. Can please try eating crescent bread that's softer!? How many hours would the surgery be? I trust a lot,he a wonderful doctor.Did Cameron send over the Preotdrization paperwork to Medicaid!? How much longer does it take to find out when a patient needs surgery? if it's possible for me to start with the upper jaw surgery than I am okay with that part of the surgery for right now please let me know really quickly I really appreciate you both! The fountain is really cool in the clinic.I have been in a lot of pain lately with my upper and my lower jaw, how longer until you can please get me on the schedule for surgery, please call Wrights orthodontist office in Vernal Utah?!Nice building.I am wondering if Cameron can please put me on Laura Tab for Really bad TMJ pain.when you please have Kimmy please call me and let me know when the surgery is scheduled for!?I would rather wait since Medicaid won't cover the surgery!

Dr. Egbert is amazing. I saw him after weeks of searching for an oral & maxillofacial doctor. It seemed I called everyone in the valley. Dr. Egbert got me in and had my jaw and tooth problem solved quickly and without bankrupting me. He really listens and knows what he is doing. I recommend Dr. Egbert to everyone.

Dr. Egbert & Chelsea were so wonderful! I was SO nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed because it was going to be my first procedure ever. They made me feel comfortable and the recovery process was easier than expected. I would recommend this office to all family and friends!

Dr. Egbert is great! He is so understanding and professional. I had my first impacted tooth removal experience and I was so nervous about it! Dr. Egbert answered all my questions even on weekends. His team is very friendly as well. They showed their understanding about my back pain, and did everything quickly!

I don't usually leave reviews but Dr. Egbert and the staff at Summit really saved the day when I was in a bad situation. I was getting my wisdom teeth out at a different clinic and the inexperienced provider ran into some complications and couldn't finish the job, sending me on my way, confused and in pain, with two-and-a-half wisdom teeth left. Summit was able to get me in the very next day and the experience was as good as oral surgery can be. The staff is caring, professional, and smart. Dr. Egbert has such a calm demeanor and is totally honest and forthcoming. His experience really shows! The staff answered all my questions and perfectly explained the aftercare instructions. Dr. Egbert even called me later that night to see how I was doing. The waiting room has a pleasant, calming waterfall fountain, good lighting, smells of a hint of tropical citrus, and the music is the perfect volume. The exam room I was in had a sweeping, majestic view of the Wasatch. Oral surgery is an unpleasant, scary thing, but this place was such a breath of fresh air compared to the previous clinic I visited.

Intake Staff was friendly, fast and personable. Dr. Cameron Egbert made the appointment so comfortable, especially where I was anticipating my daughter’s anxiety, as well as very detailed in depth of procedure process yet simplified. He gave us referrals for the other two visits we will need through the process and that was a relieving factor not to need to figure out. Everyone was so nice! The staff was so helpful trying to get my sons x-rays. Even the doctor helped out. He was very personable. He introduced himself as Cameron. Didn’t have a clue he was the surgeon till later. Made us feel reel comfortable

Great work, as usual, by Dr Cameron Egbert, and his staff. I’m a retired physician and recognize good care when I see it. This will be my third dental implant with Dr Egbert. Pulling tooth today was painless after nerve block anesthesia. Drove myself home, no problem. Looking forward to the implant in a few months!
