I called because I had a filling break off and they were able to get me in the day after I called. My experience from the call to the visit was great. The person who greeted me when I walked in and took my payment was fabulous. I want to call out Richard, the dental assistant who has helped me at least twice now. What a kind, incredible human. I feel lucky to have such a great dental assistant who is not only great at their job but seems to genuinely care about people and it shines through. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience! In a world where to me it seems like customer service skills are becoming a lost art, they excel. You guys rock!

I've lived in 7 different states, and so I'm frequently a new patient at a dental practice. My experience at Sugar House Dentist has BY FAR been the most positive of all the places I've sought care. Dr. Faringa is very skilled and the whole show runs on a tight schedule, which I appreciate. I can't recommend this practice enough.

After multiple visits to The Sugar House Dentist in Salt Lake City, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with this practice. While their office appears professional at first glance, the actual patient care falls significantly short of expectations. Appointment Scheduling and Wait Times The most frustrating aspect of this practice is their severe overbooking issue. Despite marketing themselves as "We Can See U Now," the reality couldn't be further from the truth. When I was diagnosed with what they described as a "major issue" with my gums, I was shocked to learn they couldn't schedule treatment for one to two months. For a supposedly urgent dental condition, this waiting period seems not only excessive but potentially harmful to patient health. The practice's approach gives the impression that their primary focus is maximizing revenue rather than prioritizing patient care. The contradiction between urgently diagnosing serious conditions while being unable to provide timely treatment raises serious questions about their priorities. It appears their business model relies on identifying as many billable issues as possible before patients potentially seek care elsewhere due to the extended wait times.
