Extremely pleased with our initial appointment. The front team was kind and efficient and fit us when even though I showed up to the wrong location. The patient care coordinator and assistant were equally as kind and efficient. Dr Franco was amazing. He explained the process and proceedure perfectly to my 14 yo. His bedside manner was great and set my daughter at ease.

I had oral surgery a week ago with Dr. Hannah to remove a bone cyst. This doctor was amazing! No pain during or after surgery. Everything went smoothly. Dr. Hannah assured me that everything was going to be ok before surgery. He said he does this surgery all the time, making me feel comfortable. If you have anxiety problems, this is the doctor to go to. His assistant, Danielle was so sweet and helpful. His staff is good on dealing with people with anxiety. Ha ha. Overall, the whole experience was excellent. I thought I was going to go in and come out with my whole face reconstructed...lol. Wasn't like that, at all. Thank you, Dr. HANNAH and staff and assistant, Danielle! I would highly recommend this doctor!

This was professionalism from the get go. The communication leading up to my appointment and online registration forms saved me tons of time at my first visit. The staff from the front desk to the assistants to Dr Rominger were pleasant, helpful and explained the entire process to me so I was never unsure of what was going to happen. I feel very comfortable in their hands and am grateful for them taking such good care of me.

Dr. Franco, assisting team member( sorry I don’t remember your name), and Ms Joann were extremely helpful, informative, and caring. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted today and was very nervous, anxious and scared, but the care they all provided put me at easy. Alamo Maxillofacial Surgical is amazing! Their staff are always responsive, kind, and caring and it is obvious they care about their patients and doing their jobs well. I was fortunate to have Dr. Franco perform my oral surgery for an extraction and implant and with every step of the process with him and his staff, things were explained to me clearly and I felt genuinely cared for along the way. I was very skeptical at first, I had no idea how this would turn out. But, they took great care of me! Very informative and calming staff. They took care of me in no time at all, I don't even remember falling asleep for the procedure! No pain and nearly no swelling. I'm very happy with the results! Dr. Hanna and his staff are extremely thorough with all patients. I had a root canal that developed an infection, and the doctor explained my options and which ones would be best for me. Dr. Hanna explained the surgical process as well as post surgical pain management. His staff was truly vested in my pre-and post surgery and calming my fears. The surgical experience was definitely made better by Dr. Hanna and his amazing staff.

Such an easy pleasant as oral surgery can be!I was quickly scheduled with Dr Franco on recommendation from my dentist. He and his nurse, described in detail what they were doing. I commented how gentle they were. They were telling me instructions to follow after procedure. I honestly said “ Are you finished.? “. I had a tooth removed. Shocked! It was so quick and painless. I didn’t realize when it was removed. I will definitely recommend to anyone needing treatment.Plus the staff is caring and wonderful!

As a parent who witnessed the results of a wisdom teeth extraction procedure with another physician, the high caliber in quality of expertise with this group showed in the post-op recovery we have experienced. The difference was noticed instantly. My older daughter wishes she had Dr. Hannah as her physician back when she did her surgery.
