Britton Orthodontics

Britton Orthodontics has been a great fit for our family. Our third child just got her braces off this week. Some of the best parts of our experience has been - the location near Reagan HS makes it super easy for our teens to get to appointments, the scheduling of the appointments is super easy and we were almost always able to get appointments that didn’t involve missing any or much school, and the wait time for appointments is almost non- existent. We were always in and out quickly. Additionally, everyone is so nice in the whole practice.

I love Dr. Britton and his team! Their office should be a model for other healthcare providers to clone. The staff are always smiling and ready to help. You never wait, and Dr. Britton always takes the time to ensure both the child and parent know what is next and things to watch for in the coming weeks. This will be my 3rd child to get braces, and his practice and attention to always putting the patient first hasn't changed in the last 6 years.

We were referred to Dr. Britton by our pediatric dentist, Dr. Norma Reyes (Tejas Pediatric Dentistry—who is awesome too btw). From the moment you walk in until you leave ALL the staff no matter their facet are phenomenal! Dr. Britton & his dental staff (plus new providers—we have only met one & it was another wonderful experience) understand that the parents are NOT the client, but your child is & they address them not us. They build a rapport with them to make them feel comfortable & safe. I’ve personally never experienced that before—where I am kind of the third wheel, but I appreciate that. My child, now 11, has built his own personal connection. We have been seeing Dr. Britton for three years now & our oldest finally got his bottom braces put on & hands down the entire “paperwork & payment” procedure was painless. They want you as a customer, but also respect that everyone’s financial position is different & they can and do help. Our youngest will need braces in the next few years and we won’t go anywhere else but here! We feel so lucky to have found them! Your children or even yourself will be taken care of like family!

After 3 long years, our girl has her braces off and her smile looks perfect!! We moved to Texas during this process and Dr. Britton and his team made the transition easy. Always friendly, cheerful and running on time, they took excellent care of us. I expect I'll have another child or two that I'll bring to Britton Ortho in the near future.

Dr Britton and his staff are unlike any other! Their passion and dedication to bringing a beautiful smile to my daughter is beyond words. We came to Dr Britton after another orthodontic office severely failed my daughter. I only wish we would have come to Dr Britton from the start. We are so fortunate to have a wrong made right by this amazing office! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You all are the best and highly recommended.

I've been going to the office since I was young, but now that I need more braces (let my retainers go 😅) I wanted to make sure this time to leave a review of my experience. I'll update it as my journey here continues.Dr. Britton and every single member of his team and all of his staff have earned every single 5-star rating they have. Incredible professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond for their patients. I had to call for several reschedules when things came up and the staff was understanding every time. When we finally got to the free consultation, their patient coordinator answered any questions I had, knows how to talk to people and communicate well, and knew exactly what questions to ask to make sure there was no miscommunication. I left there after my first visit I felt I knew exactly what was happening and when, and had my case paperwork to take home.Their payment plans are great. They offer one plan that incurs no interest and they work with you on what you can afford and were very transparent with me in regards to my care plan and pricing.When I got the braces installed, the woman who installed them was professional, and courteous, and explained what she was doing at every step to help me understand the process. I didn't experience any pain at all and it felt like the whole thing only took around 30 or so minutes. Dr. Britton came by and even offered to install my fake teeth in my top braces (I have missing teeth and so in my former retainers I have fake teeth in them that you can pop out if the plastic mold.) He took the time to install the fake tooth at the top. At first, I was concerned it might come loose or be wiggly, but they assured me that if anything went wrong or poked too much I could call at any time and make a quick appointment to get it fixed. But the tooth has been locked in place for the last 5 days without a twitch and it looks great! I got the white brackets which look far more invisible than regular metal brackets.Afterwards they gave me a backpack, s t-shirt, and a care package! Thank you all so much for your kindness and inspiring work ethic. Definitely an atmosphere and kind of courteous professionalism I strive to replicate in my own career.

Edited: Our son just finished his treatment and got his braces off. His teeth look great but, more importantly, all if his issues have been corrected.Our second child just got his braces put on at Britton Orthodontics. Our first experience was wonderful and we were happy to return. The staff is always wonderful and Dr. Britton takes his time to explain what he's doing to the kids. We've never waited long for our appointments. Very thorough and courteous care!

This has been the most kind and caring office I have ever been to. They go above and beyond to help their patients! Getting adult braces isn’t the most fun but I truly look forward to working with this office to make my dream smile come to life! Thank you so much to all the staff from the time I arrived to the time I left. I am a healthcare worker and know how difficult working in a office can be so great job on having caring staff that truly care about their work, Dr. Britton has been so amazing and kind.

Britton Orthodontics are the best! When I visit with my son, their work ethics and service to their patients are contagious! They have always gotten my son in at the time of his appointment.
