I never thought I would use braces again for my damage teeth and lower bite. Other dentist locations had very high prices on braces and needed them to get paid in full, and with Bunn we where able to get braces the same day we had our appointment. They have very good payment plans without affecting your credit and affordable payments. Got braces for my daughter too since she has the same teeth problem. Very nice, professional and friendly staff. Bunn orthodontic made it very easy to get braces, and stress free. I feel very relief and very grateful for their help. It was a fun experience. Went in for a consult, will start a future treatment plan there. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Especially if you're nervous with dentist or anything that has to do with Oral Care the staff made everything feel fine and comfortable. Dr. Idlibi was so sweet and informative, as an adult getting into braces I was nervous and not sure if it was for me, Dr Idlibi address all my concerns and got a really good game plan for my dream smile! Shei the Treatment coordinator explained my insurance so well and got me a great payment plan! Sylvia was my assistant and she took her time to explain every detail of my procedure due to my debt anxiety. She even had fidget toys to keep patient comfortable and entertained during procedure. I will be bringing my whole family to Bunn orthodontics!

Absolutely love this place!! My daughter has been going for a couple of months and anytime we address a certain matter they promptly answer us and resolve it. Today she had an appointment and was treated by Kaylee and she was so sweet and great communication with both my daughter and myself explaining to us what she did and why as well as information regarding the next visit!

My daughter came out crying and traumatized even the assistants apologized for Dr. Idlibi unprofessionalism and aggressiveness. She didnt prepare her nor communicate with her, she got upset with my daughter when she told Dr. Idilbi was hurting her. Dr. lift up her hand and side fine. ( that’s hostel) She felt discriminated!! I was trying to sit in the back with her before this happen and was rudely denied . I can see why. So proud of my daughter for handling herself well though she broke down outside which she’s still mentally hurting hours later!!!!! SMH!! Disappointed!!!

I had my braces done at bunns ortho back in 1999 with Dr. Touple and my teeth still look amazing. Im now bringing my daughter to get her braces started! The staff was friendly, kind and efficient, from making appointment to speaking to the new Dr. That took over Dr. Bunn, she was informative and did not leave the room until all my questions were answered as well as my daughters questions! The coordinator, she was just extra nice and helpful! Excited for my daughter and her overall results!!

The staff is absolutely wonderful! I didn’t know what to expect. The facility is modern and inviting. Everyone that worked there made me feel like my son and I were very special. He had a lot of anxiety but they were patient with him and walked him through every step. The X-rays were high tech. The consult was easy. The paperwork was easy. The fee was surprisingly not bad at all! Very manageable payments. I noticed the young teens that walked in. They were happy. They knew what to do. No long wait times. One of the other patients even told my son that it doesn’t hurt and not to expect pain. They know what they are doing. They even play nice modern music. The vibe is happy and chill. They even gave my son a real nice shirt! We did the consult and braces in our first visit and he left so happy and so confident!

I learned about Bunn Orthodontic Group from a friend. I am so glad I took my boys to Bunn Orthodontics. From the minute we walked in, it was pleasant and friendly staff. Our checking in was fast and easy. Shay explained everything and boys and I were able to ask any and all questioned we had. We then met Dr Ayla, she did not disappoint. She examined the boys and explained treatment plans. Dr Ayla allowed us to ask any question we had. My boys had TONS of questions and all questions were answered with respect and honesty. I look forward to the continued care that my boys will be receiving from staff.

This is a great orthodontist the entire staff is polite my experience has surpassed any expectations I had envisioned. I do not have insurance but the staff was able to accommodate me with a great AFFORDABLE plan I highly recommend this location for dental care.Like many other patients I had anxiety when it comes to seeking dental care however the dentist and staff at Bunn Orthodontic Group are great they made me feel comfortable and I was able to leave with a smile Thanks Bunn Orthodontic Group!!!.If your questioning wether you can afford braces or dental care give them a try you won’t be disappointed!! Wonderful staff! Dr. Bunn was also very pleasant during our initial consultation. She has some very strict guidelines but you can understand that’s because she wants success for you, I felt very happy that my son was able to become a patient, his teeth are responding well and the staff is easily accessible. If you’re able to take your kids to get braces, please seek out Dr. Bunn!
