Do not come here. I listened to all the positive reviews online. The estimate for a deep cleaning was incorrect we paid a lot over the patient responsibility. Then the dentist said my husband might need a root canal but they don’t do them they refer out. She capped tooth and not even a month later he has extreme pain in the tooth. We call to schedule an emergency appt and the front office said they do not have emergency appointments the soonest would be a week away but they couldn’t help since it would be a root canal anyway I asked about an extraction she said that would be another appointment on another day. go else where!!!!!

Staff was amazing at calming my 9yr old anxiety and fears of being at the office. They explained every step and showed her tools. They went above and beyond for my daughter. They gained her trust and confidence that she allowed them to do their job. Staff is professional and establishment clean. Smells good when you walk in. Has a little play area for kids. It was our 1st time there and we had a great experience. Thank you to all the staff for a job well done!!!! Respectfully, Happy Mom

Nice and clean facility, Love it!! Friendly and courteous staff.Dentist explained every detail of the exam and what needed to be done and is willing to work with if you need additional work done. Really happy with the Dentist and her staff.I truly recommend Converse Smiles.

The staff here has completely changed and are money hungry. I had Covid and could not come in I did not cancel simply asked to reschedule and was advised I would have to pay a 15 dollar fee and deposit. I suppose they would rather you contaminate the office than reschedule you. My son has orthodontic care with them and I paid in full for my mother’s annual plan so it’s not like they aren’t getting funds from our family! I will be seeking other dental care where patients matter .

Best dentist visit, EVER!!! Every person that works at this office provides 5star quality customer service!!! This was my first visit with them and I got a checkup and a cleaning. I'm going to need a lot of work done and they broke down the pricing for me so that there will be no surprises. I was surprised that it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg. It was very reasonable. Will definitely keep coming back to this office for my regular check ups and cleanings. The aesthetics in this office is also very tranquil and cute.

Update well the referral never contacted me I had to reach out. After reaching out was informed that I need another Pano went back got it done thank to thw lady who stayed late to complete pano. Now as far my referral are the worst never was contacted again. One of there other locations I have not been contacted by either office. My experience from beginning to end was very professional. The doctor was very informative and caring. Setup a referral and gave me options.

Wow I’m very impressed with the quality of the work,I love it the place is clean the personal is very attentive and the Doctor very nice and he explained to me everything that she is going to do I would recommend the dentist is very professional thank you for everything. I had an appointment the doctor is very professional I like the place I recommend it also is a new dentist he is very professional, and caring person .

First, I dislike going to the dentist usually. However, at Converse Smiles, their team from the front staff to the techs and the dentists all make the visit calm and relaxed. Other offices are not always worried about the pain you feel and make you push through it. Here, they will help in whatever way they can. The dentists and their assistants are knowledgeable and confident in their work. I love this office.They are always flexible in their scheduling and usually get you in the next day or later that week. I have never had to wait weeks or months to be seen. Always friendly and customer service oriented.

I had an appointment for a cleaning today and left knowing I was taken of professionally, and with care. I got complements on my daily routine for I keep my teeth, but they seriously went above and beyond to make my experience that much better! The dentist bedside manner is not great it was a bit better the second time I went in. They had to reschedule an appointment they said they called me. I never received a call or voicemail. Even the day of, so I showed up and there was no dentist there for me to see.. I went in for third time again not great bedside manner was barely spoken to you by anyone. I will not be returning
