This place is like a second home to me! I adore the staff so very much! The front office staff are like family to me now, and I genuinely enjoy going in to see them. This location is filled with brilliant, hard working, fun, dedicated and passionate professionals, and I trust them to take great care of me and my precious family…and if things are kind of tight, and you need help financially with certain things, you can trust that they will help you find the best solution, and that they will work out a payment plan for you if possible, and you can trust them to help you get what you need done. Dental work can be scary, and I used to hate my smile, and thanks to this team, I now love it. I went for braces in my late 30’s, and I have had the privilege of working with their dentists, their hygienists, the brilliant surgeon Dr. Labella, and of course the fabulous, kindhearted, incredible orthodontist, Dr. Farnsworth, who has helped me learn to love my smile. I trust them completely, and I just can’t say enough wonderful things about them all. I have a very special place in my heart for Jamie, Michelle and Patty ( my Front office ladies that make it home ) as well as my orthodontist in particular, but every single person I have encountered has treated me with kindness and love, and I am so thankful for them all! Please take your families here, and trust that they will take excellent care of you!!

I am terrified of going to the dentist!! I had an emergency and had no choice but to make an appointment. While there I was taken care of by an assistant named Alicia. She was AMAZING! She calmed my nerves, was super sweet & such a tremendous help! I felt so comfortable with her being there & i will definitely be returning to that office.

Today I called to ask if my child would be allowed to be there with me, and they told me that the appt would need to be rescheduled because they don't have a hygienist that day.Ok fine. There's no hygienist available for months, so they will just need to call me back.Ok fine. A bit inconvenient, but it happens.I asked a simple question about why I was scheduled on that day to begin with and the manager was just rude and curt and didn't even respond to my question.The receptionist was actually quite nice and pleasant, but whoever took the phone needs some training.The interaction left a bad taste in my mouth so I won't be going back to this place.

If you need to get your teeth cleaned. I highly recommend Jennifer. She is absolutely the best. Her professionalism and knowledge is top notch. She makes getting your teeth cleaned about as smooth as possible.She recommends treatments to keep my oral hygiene as good as can be and I’m thankful for that!

Front desk always seems overly busy but the staff is pleasant and works hard to serve in each capacity. Jenn Villanueva has to be the BEST hygienist EVER! She is the utmost professional!Andrea Janik, DDS was patient centric. I was very thankful for the care I received.

I was simply calling to get information, when Dora very rudely cut me off & said I wouldn't be getting any appointments until I provided a referral in person or by email. Next time Dora let the caller do the talking & don't rudely assume we're gonna ask for an appointment. Dora's lack of phone skills made me decide to keep looking for a different office.
