It's one of the few businesses that care more about helping others and not how much money they can bring in. My son has had 3 free consultations that includes xrays as well. We are continuing to monitor his teeth and determine in the future if he is in need of braces. Not once have I been charged, pressured, or made to feel uncomfortable. I really love the staff& the doctors and I couldn't be more appreciative.

I love how Dr. Hembree took the time to truly assess my kids and their needs without rushing orthodontic treatment now. We even have stellar insurance, and she was unfazed in recommending both of my children wait until years later and follow up with yearly monitoring consults until that time. I love that we can trust Ferris Orthodontics!

This is our second-go-round with Ferris Orthodontics. We just love the friendly family atmosphere the staff is extremely nice, I can say without a doubt we trust them with our daughter. I highly recommend them to any and everyone. They just have a way of making you feel at ease while getting the best treatment there is. I love that there is a male and female doctor, especially if you have a preference. My kiddo went into phase 1 braces when she was a bout 6 and she is just about finished with phase 2. Her smile is changed drastically and has boosted her confidence 100 percent. It's a win win.. give them a try.

Ferris has served my first two children very well! Just had an initial consult for my third child and was given a huge answer to why our child is a mouth breather only, when other specialists didn’t give us any answers. So thankful for Dr. Ferris’ level of expertise and good recommendations for other providers to work together to solve this challenge my son has had for years.

Dr. Ferris was very understanding with me as a transfer patient!! He knows his stuff and is well confident in his work. His assistant had a real down to earth attitude and enjoyed getting to know me during my consultation. They even recommended a dentist and oral surgeon for me since I was new to the area!! High recommend them to anyone who asks and will be coming back to continue my treatment!

The staff at Ferris Orthodontics are always so friendly, happy, caring and patient. First they took care of braces for both my kids and years later have taken such good care of me over my journey with braces, jaw surgery, and now I have made it to retainers. I finally like my jaw alignment and teeth positioning for the first time in my life and they look amazing!

All staff is friendly, professional, compassionate and customer service is top notch. Visits are usually on time. If there's a delay, once your time comes up, it is never rushed and you still receive quality care. I prefer to always see the same doc - Dr. Hembree has been 100% amazing; however, if I had to switch for whatever reason, I would trust Dr. Ferris to take over. Overall, this place is a great practice for my orthodontic needs.
