OMg!! This is the absolute best orthodontic office and staff in the freaking Nation!! Exaggerated of course. But if I had to chose between Pierson & Saunders Orthodontics regardless of the reviews of other orthodontics’ offices, I would chose Pierson & Saunders every single time. 1st, the office is perfectly maintained. Beautiful office and the air is fresh and clean. The ambiance is wonderful. The staff is friendly, welcoming and they make you feel like you are number one and their primary concern for your visit. I was greeted with a wonderful welcome sign at their front desk. I thought that was just awesome. Made me feel very special. I would give this office 100 stars if I could. Definitely recommend them x10. You won’t find a better office nor staff.

I went about a month ago for a consultation and it was so incredibly thorough. I visited another office for a consultation that was a 30 minute visit with one set of X-rays and $4k charge required upfront. My husband and stepson had a consult elsewhere as well and none of those compared to the one from Pierson & Saunders. First, they were on time! That’s always a struggle at dentist/doctor’s offices. They were also really flexible with me changing my appointment a couple of times. They were super friendly and explained everything in detail, from each xray, photograph, to explaining my teeth structure and the payment process. I immediately felt comfortable and like I wasn’t just getting braces to fix my teeth but it was geared toward my overall smile structure.I went back today, about a month later, since all my Invisalign aligners came in. The process was fast, but thorough and again they were on time. I had all of the prep work done on my teeth, they walked me through the dos and donts and I was on my way after an hour. I’m really glad I didn’t settle for a regular dental office that offers ortho. The staff and doctors are so professional and friendly, above all they have the experience needed for such a costly investment. Seriously, don’t waste your time or money elsewhere.

Everyone at the front desk were very kind, and welcoming... Loved the welcome sign. Dr. Saunders was very nice. She was very thorough with her exam and explained in simple detail. And, Erica also very friendly and informative, explained treatment plans and options. She took the time to answer our questions. It was nice to have them both make us feel at home.

Such a warm and welcoming experience for something that can be scary to a child, they even printed a sign to welcome our daughter for her first visit which had such a calming effect. The entire staff was professional and polite and they spoke directly to our daughter as well as us during most of the visit. We left fully aware of the entire process and the cost and would definitely recommend this practice.

State of the Art equipment! Cutting Edge bedside manner! Superior Service in getting the best results for straightening those teeth out!!! I can see results already!!!! Sometimes, I wished the appointments were a little bit longer cause the ambiance is so clean, sweet & family oriented.I've been with them since September 2022 & my view of them has not changed. I'm still so grateful to have found Pierson and Saunders! They have a wonderful team at both locations. The front desk hospitality is the greatest! I really love all the help there, but Ms. Cheryl always gives me a hug after every appointment❤️❤️❤️... Now, it's that kind of southern hospitality that will make you feel right at home.Wonderful team! This business is always giving back to the community too. And they make it so that you can too! Beautiful doctors too, who apparently know what their doing!!!They have financing available to help accommodate you if need be as well!!!!I could go on y'all but I honestly wouldn't look any further after finding Pierson & Saunders!!!!

Every single staff member was so nice and welcoming! When my daughter and I walked in for her appointment they had a greeting waiting for her and she thought it was so cool. (It’s the little things!) The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and checked us in right away. We waited in the lobby for less than 10 minutes when they called us, which was great because we both needed to get to school/work. Dr. Saunders was so nice and explained the process of getting braces in detail and made sure my daughter felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Highly recommend this ortho office!!

Ok, so today was "The Big Day," to get my braces. When I tell you I really love how I was treated from start to finish.I lost track of time because I was multitasking. However, everything went so smoothly.1st I had to finish some unfinished paperwork.2nd they called my name to start the procedure. Now they took me to a room where all of their clients get the procedure done. While that was unexpected & different, it was ok... I simply was just ok with that.Now, I forgot the young lady's name (pls forgive me) who serviced me (she had black fingernail polish) she was quick, thorough, professional & fun. Her bedside manner is a 10 for me. She explained each step before did it. It wasn't painful at all. Therefore, there's no need to numb the mouth.I also liked the background music which kept me calm (the oldies 70's - happy music.) Ambiance means the world to me personally. So I give them all the way around 💯!!! My braces feel comfortable & they look nice. After she was done she gave me tools to start my journey for cleaning & keeping my teeth healthy.Pierson & Saunders are one of kind & I'm so glad my dentist referred me to them.Ok, I could say more but I've said enough.

The staff are the very best!!! From beginning to end they are wonderful. Our 1st consultation was an eye opener. Their technology is the most advance. They give you all the best options. I decided to get my daughters braces done with P&S just because of the great service and how comfortable we felt with their staff. Didnt mind paying almost a $1,000 more than other offices. I think they are wonderful and i'll continue to attend P&S. They always send you appointment reminders, emails, check you into the lobby fast, never a long wait, services are done with care and quick. Dr. Saunders is a wonderful person and she cares for each patient!

100% Fantastic. 1st met them when we moved here 2 years ago and had a child who was not a patient of theirs with a broken retainer. Very fair and reasonably priced, they treated her like she had been a patient for years. Second child just finished 2 years of having braces. The staff is professional, polite, office is spotless clean, appointments are always on time and they use the most up to date technology. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Just got my braces off today after 2 years and 2 months of treatment. Dr. Saunders is just amazing, she and her staff were always very friendly and courteous during my visits. There was always little to no wait time at all during each visit, which is a plus for those with busy schedules. I feel they took the time to adjust every single detail to ensure I had a perfect smile in the end. I am so happy with my results and I will be taking my son in for treatment here soon!Edit: I forgot to mention that they also donate back to the community which I think is just amazing.
