I do not leave this review lightly. I am terrified of the dentist, and have a history of trauma. I was the kid they carried out the back door. I walked in literally shaking, and was petrified my whole appointment. I haven't seen a dentist since I was twelve. I was prepared for another painful experience- that's not what I got. I was so scared I didn't get anyone's names. I'll fix that in my updated review later, but I think it was Garza? She was so incredibly sweet, and made me feel comfortable. The assistant and the dentist talked the whole time and were very mindful of how I was feeling. When she wiggled my cap, I felt pain, she immediately made sure they numbed it more. I very slightly went to turn up the volume on my phone for my headphones and immediately they paused for a second to make sure I was okay (the drill was louder than I thought). She also took a photo of my teeth for me on my phone to show me my tooth could be saved which was really cool! I still have it. I haven't ever been able to get dental work without being put under. I was able to do it with ease here, and I walked out without shaking. Both dentists I've spoken with have been incredibly kind, the front desk are fast, and I walked out feeling ok for the first time. I'm sitting in my car writing this review. I was nearly in tears, not because of how scared I was, but because it wasn't as bad as it usually was. I know how cheesy it sounds but I really can't understate how much it means to not hate going to the dentist. Thank you Royalteeth for my very first ever good dental experience. Plus they let me keep the old cap from when I was twelve :D
