Dr. Salazar and his team were amazing. I had to get all four wisdom teeth removed I was dreading my appointment. I have severe anxiety, especially with IVs. My veins are tiny no matter how much water I drink so I thought it was going to be a long and very painful process, but Dr. Salazar was so gentle. He had to try multiple spots but he never dug or fished around, and one of the nurses (techs?) held my hand the entire time. I didn't catch her name because I was a little loopy, but everyone in that room was making small talk, joking with me, and doing their best to keep me calm. Right when I thought Dr. Salazar wouldn't be able to find a vein, he nailed it. Next thing I know I'm awake and everything went great. Even though most of my teeth were impacted and they had to close my sinus cavities, I have almost no pain, just a little soreness around my jaw. Hopefully I won't need any more teeth pulled, but if I do I'm coming back here for sure.

Dr. Mazock and his team are absolutely amazing. Highly skilled, personable, understanding. I've had 6 teeth pulled and 2 implants, with plans for 4 more implants. He's also removed teeth for my teenage son, and my son will also be having his wisdom teeth removed. I've had horrible experiences with prior oral surgeons and have a terrible fear of anything oral related, but not with Dr. M and SAOMSA! I wish I could go there for all my medical needs.

The staff at the facility was truly amazing. Although I regret not recalling the name of the nurse who attended to me, her care was exceptional. She made me feel tranquil and at ease, lightening the atmosphere with her humor.Under the care of Dr. Salazar, who performed the extraction of my wisdom tooth and the adjacent tooth, my discomfort was minimal. I experienced only slight soreness in the afternoon and evening following the procedure. Dr. Salazar prescribed medication to alleviate any discomfort.On the second day, I noticed a slight swelling, but the pain was minimal to nonexistent. Dr. Salazar's skill as a surgeon truly shines.The entire staff exhibited exceptional qualities. They were friendly, wore welcoming smiles, and maintained a positive atmosphere throughout. I cannot praise them enough or recommend them highly enough!

Let me preface this; I have already have general anxiety, and you can double that for anything dentist related. I prefer to undergo IV sedation, and they always accommodate me. They will even attempt to get your insurance to cover it and refund you and amount they can get back. Never had a single problem with any staff members. Everyone is so ridiculously friendly and funny, it puts you right at ease. Now to the real part!Dr. Salazar is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Thanks to my anxiety, I have no shortage of dental problems. I’ve had several procedures here, and I am planning on having some implant work done as well. I have never had a dentist that was so personable and with such great bed (chair?) side manners. I was never once made to feel bad about the state of my teeth, or my hesitancy in getting work done. Just great conversation and quick, high quality work.My wife will be coming here for her wisdom teeth removal, and I will be returning for any and all work I need that they perform. Thank you all so much for helping me not have an anxiety attack before my appointments ever!

First time with this doctor that was recommended by my dentist. He was able to see me for a consultation the minute my dentist office called. I drove over there. We had a consultation of what to expect with my situation. A broken molar spit in two. His staff prepared an estimate during the consultation. I was agreeable with the cost associated with this extraction. I made an appointment for today at 11:45. At 9 am they called me to see if i could come in by 10. I arrived. By 10:15 I was being prepped by the nurse and by 10:45 I was done. I was sent home. Yesterday they had my prescription ready to be picked up on my way home. Right now it's 3:05. I just woke from a nap. Going down stairs. To eat something soft. The numbing lifted about 1pm. So far I have had no pain. I've had no bleeding. I am very happy. I'm smiling. Thank you doctor. Highly recommend. See you in two weeks for the check up.

Dr Salazar has helped my dental situation for a few years now. I’ve needed emergency work a few times, and he has accommodated me. He is presently helping me with dental implants.His manner is gentle and knowledgeable, even when my comments Or questions seemed a little ignorant. What do I know about the dental world? I appreciate his explanation every time.His staff is polite and helpful, and the office is very clean and sanitized.………….2024 Update: my opinion has not changed. I am so happy to be Dr Salazar’s patient. I recently found out that I have Sjogrens Disease, which has affected my teeth my whole life, so I need more tooth extractions and implants than most people. They are quite expensive & I’m on a smaller retirement budget. His business practices have worked out for me. His staff is well trained and helpful. I know I’m in good hands.

Very nice folks and very efficient.Had appointment for tooth removal at 9:00 AM. Tooth removed with local anesthesia and was released at 10:15. Dr Salazar made it painless and kept me posted as to what he was doing throughout the procedure. Would differently recommend SAMOAS for oral surgery needs.

The whole process of setting up the appointment to the completion of my procedure was "seamless"! The entire staff was very friendly and professional. My molar extraction procedure was the best I have ever experienced! Dr Salazar and his assistant minimized my anxiety and with minimal pain; quickly completed the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Salazar and his entire staff.

Today was my second visit with Dr. Salazar and first time at the medical center location. The Staff was great and Dr. Salazar was Awesome the office is nice and clean great hygiene practices. Having issues with my wisdom teeth and having them needed to be surgically removed sounded like a nightmare. However, my experiences here has been great on both occasions. I highly recommend SAOMSA for any oral surgeries!
