While looking for a great place to go and have my stepdaughter to get braces, I found this place due to the amount of positive reviews. When I called to get the appointment setup they were so casual and made it seem like it was going to be super easy. Let me tell you folks, this place is the truth. You need to come and speak to them if you need dental work for your children. It was super easy, super fast and they didn’t look down at us, instead made us feel very welcomed. The reviews are real!! Check them out, you’ll wonder why you waited so long.

I had the most enjoyable experience at SA Orthodontics off of Potranco Road. From the moment I walked in I was acknowledged, greeted, checked in for my appointment, and given the appropriate paperwork to fill out. I was then taken by another employee to get xrays done and she was engaging with me and explained everything she was doing every step of the way….she was quite efficient. Then I was taken back to have a private conversation with another worker who was so kind and it was easy to make a connection with her. And it didn’t stop there. I then met with Dr. M. Parodi who continued to extend the same attention to me as a patient that all of her staff did, she is clearly knowledgeable and provided me with several treatment options for me to consider. She too was so personable. And lastly, I was so impressed with the ambiance of the office space…so, so inviting….and staff matched the vibe as well. I was super duper impressed!!

The best place to have a beautiful smile. Dr. Parodi and her great team will not only work to make your smile spectacular but they will make you smile. All of the staff are so friendly and professional. Outstanding attention to detail and patient focused. My son, daughter and I have received the treatment and it has been very easy. Absolutely love this place and these people! I highly recommend San Antonio Orthodontics!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Dr. Parodi and her team are amazing. I was super early for my appointment and they still got us right away! We were greeted with warm smiles, we felt very welcomed . After my daughter had her X-rays we reviewed them with Dr.Parodi she gave us a very detailed treatment plan she was very clear on what to expect before and after. Next we met with the coordinator Crystle who is phenomenal! She explained all the financials and I never felt pressured or rushed, she is the sweetest lady ever! Dr.Parodi and team thank you for changing my daughters life, it means the world to me to see her smile again

Dr.Diaz and her staff ARE Amazing. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY Can top them. & the receptionist Erica is amazing as well. If it wasn’t for Erica providing me information about this practice my teeth WOULD NOT be pretty as they are now. They boosted my confidence even more !!! I’ll recommend anybody to this practice. They are beyond professional, provide a family atmosphere, and beyond welcoming!!! Dr.Diaz, Bama, Erica, & (the one who D-bound me) are 100/100. If you’re looking for a practice a recommended this one!!!

SA Orthodontics is such a great place to come for orthodontic care! As a first-timer, my daughter has quickly gotten comfortable with the technicians and even has a favorite we regularly request. Dr. Parodi is just lovely and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend this place to anyone nervous about starting orthodontic care or looking for a more personalized experience!

Customer service is top tier whether it’s in person or over the phone. San Antonio Orthodontics was very patient from the beginning of my treatment and still is and now I’m almost halfway through treatment. I almost never wait in the waiting room and I’ve had appointments in the mornings, lunch and afternoons. Any concerns I have they address right away and I love coming into the office because I know I’ll always have a good experience!

This place is truly awesome!! The staff does everything to make everyone very comfortable and so that we are making the right decisions for our family!! Emmit was absolutely amazing!!! Emmit made sure we were informed of everything and was awesome at answering all our questions and concerns. The service was wonderful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Definitely the best place to come!!!

Emily & Dr. Parodi are so sweet!!! I loved it here immediately.I was so nervous about getting Invisalign and they walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions until I was comfortable! I am super happy with my new smile!!! Thank you!!

EVERYONE on the staff here is polite and professional ALL THE TIME. They’ve been nothing but kind every time I’ve interacted with anyone. This place is clean, organized, cute, friendly, and very comfortable. They do their best to accommodate, and you can’t put a price on humanity and empathy.My teeth! I used to be so embarrassed about the crowding, and I hated showing my teeth. Now I look pretty freaking good. And we’re not even done yet. Period.
