We had a wonderful experience with Dr.CJ and the staff at Stone Creek Orthodontics. We had a tour with Kelly and she was very friendly. Karen at the front desk was very personable and a joy to talk to.Dr.CJ was very knowledgeable and thorough with the treatment plan. They all made us feel comfortable and welcoming.

Long overdue review! We did round one of braces for my son about 5 year ago with Dr. Megna and didn't know how good we had it! We moved into town and when it was time for round two, (with 2 kids in braces) we choose another ortho with "six locations." Not knowing the location next to our home is only only open 1-2 days a week and those days change each week....or we can drive to Boerne or China Grove . Do your homework.

Dr. Megna and his staff are very friendly and completely accommodating to my schedule. Dr Megna explains in detail the procedure he will be doing before he begins and keeps you informed throughout the process. Glad to be a patient of his.Update to my review - I am finally out of braces and the results are truly better than what I could have imagined!!!Dr. Megna and his staff are top notch…aces if you will, very knowledgeable, passionate and take their time to ensure the patient gets the results that make you feel like a star.I am so happy with my results that they have me flying high among the clouds!I cannot thank them enough!!!!

Dr. Megna and his team are awesome. Our initial consult was very straightforward and the service investment was the most reasonably priced compared to other offices we visited for the same comprehensive services. The patient experience has been nothing but genuine and welcoming. At check in, the team strives to greet their patients by name and takes a genuine interest in their dental health and overall well-being. Our daughter appreciates being greeting by name by smiling faces as she walks into the office and she feels like she is in good hands when Dr. Megna and/or his team are caring for her teeth. This team has definitely earned our trust.

Dr. Chris Megna and the staff at Stone Creek Orthodontics are top notch. He is extremely talented at his job and his staff is friendly and helpful. I have had two children go through braces here and I was very happy with the results. The office is warm and welcoming and the kids love the kid's area. They are always punctual with their appointments and helpful when you have questions. I highly recommend this office for any and all of your orthodontic needs. You will not be disappointed.

Super super disappointed with this place. For charging as MUCH as they did, nearly $6k for one year of braces. Now I wish I would have shopped somewhere else. Sooooooo many things that I hate about my smile after leaving this place. The most important, my permanent retainer is far to close to my gums which I have expressed to them multiple times, only to be told it’s done properly. After other dental evaluations this has really caused harm to my gums and bottom teeth, and will need to be fixed due to the long term damage. In addition, it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of the office so when I broke my top retainer, I find out I need to pay for molds too. I was also told a good orthodontist would keep molds for multiple years. This is not true here. I was not even offered to buy additional at the time of getting the first. After the many months of not being able to get ahold of them, I’m not comfortable taking new mold because I know now my teeth have shifted a bit. I will not be giving them any more of my money. They took soooooo much from me already and still want to charge. I’m disgusted by the way they do business.In response to your reply: This was most certainly intended for your facility. You can look up my name in your records. Just because you are in disbelief does not mean this review was “fabricated”. In addition, I’d be happy to provide a picture of my lower permanent retainer.

This orthodontics business is absolutely incredible I have had a had the best experience here for me my son and my wife I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family to get their teeth fixed perfectly perfectly all of the staff and owners are the owners are the nicest people and will treat you just like family I love going to all my check UPS and can't wait to be finished I will post pictures when they're done it's the best

Impressed, from the moment you walk into the office to the time you leave every person you encounter takes the time to acknowledge you. The professionalism and knowledge of staff is unprecedented. You are made to feel like they have known you a while and glad to see you again. I was given an in depth explanation on plan of care without feeling pressured into choosing what I plan to do right at that moment.Thank you for what you do.

Honestly, I didn't think it was humanly possible to straighten my son's teeth. Dr. Megna and team did a spectacular job and my son loves his smile once again. Dr. Megna's skill, years of experience, creative & innovative thinking, and patience made all the difference. The staff is no slouch either - wonderful human beings who are patient with your busy schedule and always make time when you need them the most. I was so impressed that as an adult I made the decision to get braces myself and the results were the same - perfect smile.
