There is a special place in heaven for Dr. Tito! I came in for a second opinion, I am current in ortho treatment, 2 years to be exact and I was noticed I was getting a canted smile, as months went by it was getting worse. I was referred to him by a cosmetic dentist and the second he told me his plan of action for my teeth I knew I was in the right place. He did more for me in my first visit than what I got from the first orthodontist. I drove 5 house to come see him at his office and I’m so glad I did. He is VERY educated in field and you can tell he loves what he does. That to me was a double win. Thank you Dr. Tito 🏻

From the front desk, to the office, clinic, and doctor I had a phenomenal first visit experience with Stone Oak orthodontics. They seem to have streamlined their services to perfection. I was in the door and being seen within minutes, x-rays and photographs very efficient, and I felt the doctor spent time with me without feeling rushed, and giving me plenty opportunity to ask questions. Julie and Dr. Tito (Norris) especially were excellent, and went above and beyond!

Dr. Norris is professional, amiable, and thoughtful. His skills are top-notch, and he takes good care of his team members. I recommend Dr. Norris whenever someone asks me for an orthodontist. As a former Certified Dental Assistant and Dental Office Administrator for other dental offices, I am impressed by how Dr. Norris runs his practice.

I was referred to Stone Oak Orthodontics by a friend after my dentist informed me I needed braces (and another orthodontics office failed to call me back after a phone call and webform). I'm so happy to have made the connection and to have been given such a thorough examination by the team at this office. Absolutely amazing, consistent experience. So far everyone who’s visibly taken care of me or spoke to me always had a long lasting impression truly do work as a team and everyone has always been so positive whenever I come in. I’ve been coming in and out for about 2-3 years and you can tell they truly care about the customer’s experience, not to mention how effective they are when it comes to getting the job done. I am super grateful to everyone here who honestly contributed a huge part of my life, I noticed how much weight I’ve lost, my jawline shifted and I feel like I can see myself in the mirror. Man, I love this office. Truly. Dr. Caesar is such an authentic, and valuable person. He’s always so kind and respectful to our family.Julie is always a breath of fresh air. I worked with another coordinator this time, and he was great as well!I’m torn with a rating, and the reason being, I had braces put on. And unfortunately after about two months, I had to remove them because I need to prioritize my back trauma I inquired. Even though I paid a 500+ down payment and the additional payments each month after. They said I owed 400+ since I removed my braces!! I was taken back, since the reason I needed to remove was because I couldn’t afford the payments at the time. I know this was my personal hardship, but I wish they would have talked finance before having them removed so I was aware. It wasn’t an easy choice to have them removed. I felt quite embarrassed and defeated after leaving the office.
