First of all the front counter lady was very patient nice and helpful. It's because of her and the dentist that I will be going back.A patient's mother was rude and caused a scene while rudely interrupting me while I was being helped. Apparently staff grabbed her child by his arm and she didn't like it so she stormed out causing a scene yelling and forgot her phone in the back room. she yelled out loud "I LEFT MY PHONE IN THE BACK" The front counter lady responded very calmly and politely "please give me one moment I'm with a patient" and the mother just yelled at her while walking through the back to retrieve her phone yelling "YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE RUDE" Then she walked out STILL YELLING saying "I JUST ASKED YOU A QUESTION YOU DONT HAVE TO BE RUDE" I felt sorry that the sweet front counter lady had to deal with that ugly rude big back lady . She was a ghetto big back ogre looking lady wearing tiny shorts with spaghetti tank top no decorum nobody want to see that lol.She was yelling and stood right outside the front door with her toddler 😐 as a mother you yelling isn't helping while your baby is crying you're literally scaring you child. Then to have the child in the heat outside isn't helping at all. Learn how to control your temper and get your child out of the sun. Anyways I had trouble finding a clinic to do a tooth extraction.Other clinics couldn't fit me in for an appointment, were expensive, didn't have payment plans or they simply couldn't give me an estimate on prices. Came here as a last option and I wish I had came here sooner. Besides the patient's rude mother I had a great experience. I walked in and ended up making an appointment for a tooth extraction. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I didn't get her name but because of her I was able to schedule an appointment and get seen the same day. She also helped me with financing.The dentist was very nice and helpful as well. He made sure to explain what was going on and put my mind at ease prior to extraction during and after.I'm glad I came here for a tooth extraction that was causing me pain and discomfort. I look forward to coming back for other dental services.Thank y'all so much:)

My kiddos have been coming here since they were babies, my oldest now 18. I have zero complaints, all the staff here is amazing and have always gone above and beyond for my kids. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for excellent quality and honest service. They have helped me so much and I appreciate everything that they have done. They have been such a blessing

My 3rd time visiting for cleanings. I absolutely love the dentist, he is very kind, and explains everything so easily. Wait time is a little rough but i can't complain I'm sure i was overbooked and only because they did their best to accommodate my availability. I suffer from autoimmune disorders that causes me to basically have no immune system to help me fight off infections. The dentist was very careful and even said before any work next time i would get an antibiotic prescribed to be safe. He was very attentive to my medical conditions. No matter where i move as long as he stays at that practice i am willing to drive the distance to be seen by him!!!

Texas smiles staff are very friendly ,welcoming and caring!!So compassionate about every experience and help ease the nerves about going to the dentist ,me my kids have been going there for years!!Dr Mishreky is very professional and he is top dentist !!This place is one of the best dental care in San Antonio !!!

I love Texas smiles,the dentist is very good,i had been here before an i liked the way i was treated so i came back an this time was just as good as the last! Everyone at the front desk was so nice an the nurses made me feel relaxed ,i was surprised at how fast he was done an i had no pain whatsoever . This Dentist is a great guy an all the staff is very nice people , i highly recommend Texas Smiles an that says alot because i usually dont recommend places ! I took my son and daughter to Texas Smiles for the 1st time .. and it was an amazing experience.. the doctor took care of my son and daughter right there and then ,. No waiting for a next appointment what so ever they got their teeth worked on the same day !!!!! The atmosphere is great the doctor and nurses were awesome 👍 I'm glad I decided to bring my family here .. and I'll let my daughter in laws know where to bring my grandbabies 💕

We just went through with something that we thought we would never get to it, well my child had a very very awful expierence at another dentist got held down, strapped in wasnt very pleasant too see at all. So we have waited prib over a year to get my daugther comfortable with dr. Bishoy and we all manage to get her two cavities covered with out a problem at all. All the girls back there were very very awsome im just a proud mommmy that didnt see my baby suffer at all. And now she loves all of yull alotttttttttt🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
