As an adult patient, my upper teeth became crooked due to a wisdom tooth crowding my teeth and even after the surgical extraction performed in Austin, the back molar tooth had to be pulled because that surgeon in Austin years ago cut one of the roots. On recommendation of my SA dentist, I was impressed by Dr. Reddy's easy process to receive a consultation and treatment plan. I have a high deductible plan which has a medical HSA debit card (health savings account). Sometimes I would have to ask Dr Reddys office to send me a digital receipt for services rendered to the HSA insurance provider. Her team was quick to get the necessary documentation to keep my medical expenses tax free in using my own medical savings account through my insurance plan.In the years of appointments made every 3 months for adjustments, I found VK Orthodontics very easy to schedule, reschedule and even emergency schedule the day of or next day with a friendly, welcoming staff.Dr. Reddy was very patient and kind in listening to my concerns and questions. Covid shutdowns caused my orthodontic treatment to last over a year past my 18-24 month treatment plan mainly due to being on a long waitlist to schedule my jaw surgery to correct my jaw misalignment before Dr. Reddy could finish the last round of orthodontics tightening of the braces.Highly recommend Dr. Reddy!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Reddy she is kind caring and very knowledgeable at her profession. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get their teeth fixed. Comes with great delight that I can review VK Orthodontics of South Texas. As a diplomat, service member and south Texan, I recommend Dr. Reddy. She is kind, smart, compassionate and a great human. She corrected work I had done overseas and took me in with no question. Her office is customer service #1. She has time stamps built into her software when customers arrive to show how long they have been waiting. That’s how attentive she is. I check-in, super easy and minutes later in the back. No matter the time you arrive, Dr. Reddy and her staff make you feel like a rock star. I traveled back and forth overseas over the past year and she accommodated me in every way, even when I called back to US for help. Dr. Reddy only asked me, “what do you need and when” amazing!! No shame, no grief, only what can I do to support you. Her turn around for mandatory request, done in 24 hours. She now also has my mother as a client and hopefully my daughter soon. I only trust my teeth to her, no one else. She is kind, warm, and such a beautiful woman that loves her family and mine. I so appreciate her! -GJ

I needed new top and bottom retainers made because my existing ones had become too uncomfortable to wear. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly at a time that worked with my schedule. Staff was very helpful and I got the new retainers within a few days. Dr. Reddy took special care with the fitting, even remaking the bottom piece while I waited to ensure a comfortable fit. The difference is amazing and now I can wear my retainers comfortably every night.

VK Staff and Dr. Reddy are just wonderful!!! From the very beginning to the very end they were so kind, patient, professional, loving, honest, nurturing and just all around AMAZING!!! Dr. Reddy has seen my 2 kids and my nieces and they all now have that “million dollar smile”! I loved how they worked with our crazy, busy schedules being that my kids were in sports and traveled frequently! Thank you Dr. Reddy and staff for such a wonderful orthodontic experience!

I went to vk orthodontics in fourth grade and when I went there to get my braces off naturally I was anxious but they made me feel comfortable they made sure that my anxiety went away before working in my mouth they showed me all the tools that they were going to use ever since then I loved going because everyone there is just so kind and friendly and dr ready really makes sure that all her clients are comfortable I got my braces off recently and I love my teeth so much and I was scared for the retainer process but there is nothing to be scared of at all I’m now in seventh grade and I’m extremely happy with the progress of my teeth and very grateful for dr ready she really worked miracles on my teeth

I would recommend VK Orthodontics to anyone looking to get braces for themselves or their child. My son went through a 2 phase treatment. They were able to make significant improvements to his overbite and now his has beautiful teeth. The office staff is always prompt and kind, and Dr. Reddy is a true professional with a gentle demeanor.

We had a wonderful experience during our 2 year journey with VK ORTHO.Dr.Chary-Reddy, DDS, PhD, was beyond amazing, she was always kind and supportive and always allowed me the time and space to ask questions. The staff is exceptional as well. One time I got the time wrong for our sons appointment and showed up 1/2 an hour late, and they still put us on the schedule no complaints and no issues. Obviously I don’t recommend that as a habit! Customer service at V K ortho is beyond a payor payee experience, they really go above and beyond to be on time, efficient and have many appointment options available. We are truly grateful for everything!!! If you need braces or know someone who does and want a family type experience V K Orthodontics is definitely the best place for you to be.
