Sugar Bug Buster of San Bernardino

Sugar Bug Buster has been a great place to us. Today we had 2 appointments and we were in and out in less than an hour. My kids love the freedom they feel and care they receive. My three year old is able to sit through her appointment without fear. Staff is so kind and attentive to each child. We always look forward to our appointments. ☺️

UPDATE: It’s Sad to say I will no longer go to the place. All I can say is STAY WITH YOUR CHILDREN DURING ANY PROCEDURE.AFTER SPEAKING TO MULTIPLE DENTIST YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO STAY WITH YOUR CHILD AT ALL TIMES.I have to say this place is the only place I will take my children from now on. I have 3 children and have always had bad experiences. Friday I had an appointment elsewhere and had to walk away and look for somewhere else. THANKFULLY I FOUND SUGAR BUG BUSTERS. I let them know I needed help for my son. They were beyond welcoming. The front staff was really nice and very patient with my children in the waiting room. The whole place is very clean the cleanest I’ve seen and I’ve gone to many and can’t compare to this! My son needed lots of work and I hate to see him in pain but they walked me through every single step. They understood me and were very comforting even when I was there crying like a baby. I will highly recommend this place to every single parent I know. His teeth are very beautiful thanks to doctor!!! I appreciate every single staff there.

The best place for my children to be cared for, everyone is very friendly, both at the reception and the nurses and doctors. The treatment of the doctors is incredible, they explain each treatment they are going to do to your children. I love this place because they have games to entertain themselves while they go to their appointment and they don't make you wait so long, I love the place and so do my children.. 100% recommended.. 👌👍

I honestly can say the people here are so awesome!! We were greeted with a kind hello and my daughter doctors were so great . They gave her hand fives when she was finished and they gave her a treat at the end! I seriously recommend this place! They really go beyond the normal dentist I’ve ever been too. Thank you everyone on staff for making us feel so welcomed!!!

This office is amazing! Very clean, pretty and has the nice new dental gadgets! Very gentle, patient with my kids and explained everything to THEM in words they understand! Found this office by chance online, thought I was messaging a chatbot but it was ACTUALLY THE DR!! @ like 9 pm! I told her my situation and she quickly had the manager contact me to schedule . I brought my kids for a 2nd opinion (previous office was just wanting $$!) This staff was AMAZING🙏 kind and made my kids feel welcome and SAFE!!! was told my kid needed 3 cavities and 2 crowns by precious office, come to find out THEY DO NOT NEED IT!! The Dr is amazing, VERY thorough and kind! ALREADY MADE 6 MONTH APPTS TO BRING THEM BACK !

I don’t know how to start , as mother of special and Unique child it was a nightmare thinking about visiting the dentist it was something just impossible as my son has sensory issues he would never let no one touch him or his mouth plus my son is over grow my son is 4 years and he looks like a 10y old kid.. okay so my son started complaining and pain in one of his upper left teeth, he was crying at night and medicine for him is was not an option , so the pain was there my son was crying every time he ate , sleepless nights cause the pain .. so I had to take everything in place I was calling to many places where they simply don’t deal with special kids .. I was praying to god to find a place or solution I’m so thankful that I found this place , the process was hard cause my son was crying screaming and kicking everyone as I mention he has a sensory thing and he don’t let no one touch him , the dentist explained everything very clear she was there she help us to give my son a medicine that make him sleep so they can work , they even have a room where parents can wait and take a minute with your child my son was in the floor cause the medicine was kicking in they came and provide me pillows and blankets for my son and some squishy pillows for him after he was sedated they bring a weel chair and take him to the room where they did a extraction and another treatment it was fast like 20 minutes my son was out the room , the dentist and all staff are amazing and they have no idea how much they help with they service to mothers of special kids. Thanks for helping my son and for making us feel safe and informed I do recommend this place 1000 times .Plus they accept my insurance .Thanks

Had my daughters first check up here and everyone was so friendly and kind to me and my child. They were so patient with my daughter as she’s only a week away from being two & seems like her terrible two’s have already started lol she was running around everywhere & everyone was accommodating her to make her comfortable.Great place!

Called to schedule an appointment for my 2 year old daughter, the receptionist was really friendly and gave me an appointment the same week. My daughter loved the big piano they have in the reception area. Dr Gebrail was really gentle and had lot of patience with my daughter. Really easy appointment and my daughter was happy. She got a small bag, balloon and sugar free lollipop on her way out. Will be recommending to my family and friends.

My mom took me and my sister today. They had a cool floor piano we got to play on. They we really nice and told me what I needed in real words, not dental talk. I really liked Dr.G shes awesome. Andrew was cool and cleaned my teeth really good. The assistant Evelynn was super cool and even held my hand when I wanted it. I found my forever dentist

After taking my 3y/o to three dentistry's (I wanted a 2nd and 3rd opinion) I'm glad I went with a 4th opinion and found this dentistry. Hands down Sugar Bug Buster is the best. I was concerned my 3y/o wouldn't cooperate after going to many dental visits, but everyone there was/is very very friendly. Dr. Gebrail super nice. My daughter bit the x-ray tech, during x-rays (sorry to that x-ray tech), and Dr. Gebrail went in there and told her, "Oh oh, are you a shark? Ok Shark, let's not bite right now." She has a way with kids that's super friendly and calm. They make the children feel special and wanting to go back. Sugar Bug Buster's did give my daughter a few gifts for doing a good job. I am so impressed with how they are with kids that I booked an appointment for my other children (14 & 7) for their 6 month check up. I highly HIGHLY recommend this dentistry. They are also very clean and organized.
