I was recommended by my own dentist and I am super glad they did. Everyone here are super nice and you will always feel welcomed. When I first came in to get my invisaline they explained everything very professionally. I never had any issue and making appointments were great. I am almost done with my trays and I can not be any happier with the results that I got.

The staff at Lyfesmiles are all wonderful as well. My son's orthodontic needs are quite complex and we've been coming here for two years. My daughter just had her braces removed and they made it extra special with a photo shoot and her choice of candy from the candy machine. We are in the heart of my middle school kid’s orthodontic journey. From Day 1, Dr. Ubaldo and her thoughtful staff have been efficient, informative and super patient in meeting my kid where they are. I love that they encourage my kid to speak up if there is a problem. I trust them to take care of my kid and answer all of my kid’s questions even if I’m not present. We feel safe here. I just moved to SF from Florida. My permanent retainer broke and I was in need of a consult... aka I needed a doctor to remove my permanent retainer and recommend new braces or Invisalign if needed. The doctor wouldn't accept me, even though I had a dentist referral. They only accept permanent retainer patients from "doctors they trust"... When I asked to clarify, they couldn't give me a straight answer. Frustrating as I could have been a new/lifelong orthodontics patient for them and simply needed the retainer removed
