Wonderful experience from admission through discharge. Front desk was very helpful and welcoming. As someone who was very afraid on admission Dr Massoomi made me feel at ease from the beginning. He advised me the only pain I would feel was him starting my I.V. I didn’t even feel that. As I was being discharged I asked him why he didn’t do the procedure. My husband laughed and said it was already over. I don’t remember a thing. Incision has healed nicely. Didn’t really have any pain after surgery thanks to medications prescribed that I only had to use once or twice. I highly recommend Dr Massoomi and his staff.

If you are looking to get wisdom teeth extraction (especially emergency removal) would highly recommend Dr. Massoomi. He scheduled me for a same day emergency removal and removed all four of my wisdom teeth without any pain at all. Recovery was super fast and easy.

Dr. Massoomi was recommended to me by my dentist for my wisdom teeth surgery. I had been putting this off for a while and now wish I would have done it sooner. I believe others have summed up the experience well, but I would like to reiterate. The surgical team was incredibly thoughtful and comforting (the heated blanket was a great touch!). Dr. Massoomi was very calming, positive, and knowledgeable. I felt at ease the entire time (pre, during, and post-op) and the surgery itself was extremely quick. I felt like I blinked and it was done. I am also very pleased with my recovery so far, as it hasn't been nearly as bad as I was anticipating. I have followed the instructions diligently (ice compression, medication, rest, liquids/soft foods, etc.) and suffice to say, I have had minimal swelling to my face and minimal overall irritation. No one believes I had my wisdom teeth pulled a week ago. Dr. Massoomi and team have set the bar very high in terms of patient care and quality of treatment. I'm very pleased with my experience. I looked for a surgeon for at least 3 months, and did 3 other consultations. I didn’t find a place, staff and expert where I was feeling comfortable at. Then, I found Dr Nima Massoomi and his staff. So, if you are looking to get your wisdom teeth removed and you are scared by the procedure, you have found your place! Because I waited too long, I was in pain, so I arrived to his office on a Friday noon. He was able to do the consultation and also, perform the procedure..that same day! Dr Nima was very knowledgeable, patient and calm; and his office is sparkling clean! I am having a very good healing, it has been a little bit more than week already, I had little to no pain, and the swelling started to reduce at day 2. I followed all the instructions very carefully, and allow myself to introduce food slowly. I am very glad this procedure is in the past, and I am focusing on recovering now. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Massoomi if you’re looking for an oral surgeon in the Bay Area. While on a work trip in San Francisco, I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed on a few days notice. Dr. Masoomi’s office was incredible in setting up and appointment and surgery within 48 hours. Surgery was seamless, the office was pristine, staff was fantastic and I experienced a very fast recovery. 10/10 experience!

Dr. Massoomi was recommended to me by my dentist. He did a great job reassuring me that everything was going to be alright during the surgery. He and his team also did a great job with instructions on what to do prior and after the surgery.
