OKAY WHAT?! If you told me you would have a nice relaxing pleasant dental experience, I would've told you to get out. But Zen Dental Studio IS! Please don't tell me to get out. I had the best experience today. From the moment I walked in, the front desk was incredibly welcoming and friendly. There's Fiji water, Aesop hand sanitizer. I felt pampered and in good hands. The hygienist was so sweet and kind. And the process moved so fast. I feel like I keep on talking about the amenities (they have a massaging dental chair and heated eye pads), but the people here are the reason why I will be a forever customer. Dr. Pokhrel is so kind, but more importantly incredibly knowledgeable. She was willing to spend time to talk to me about my teeth, educate me on any gaps in knowledgeI had, and explain to me both future action steps and why they could be needed. Incredible dentist! This place has the perfect combination of everything. Technology, atmosphere, amenities, and top notch expertise. Highly recommended!

After bad experiences at two other dental offices in the Bay Area, I'm glad finally to have found a place I'm happy with. When I come to Zen Dental (I see Dr. Carpenter), I feel my concerns are adequately addressed; my testimony of my own symptoms isn't doubted (this happened to me elsewhere) and I feel I'm given an explanation of and solution to my complaints. I am not wounded in the process; they give me the injection I ask for even at my cleaning and are otherwise careful not to hurt me. The massage chairs and option to watch Netflix while in the chair are a plus. The girls at the front desk, Brittany and Bella, are lovely, communicative and accessible. When I leave, I always feel lighter in spirit for having gone. In short, the practice is aptly named "Zen" Dental. I'm going to regret the day I move away!

I can’t say enough good things about Zen Dental. I found them pre-pandemic and despite living in the Berkeley, there is no where else I want I go. The staff are incredibly friendly and I love how comfortable everyone makes you feel. Love coming in for cleanings and know that if I need anything else, I will be well taken care of. Zen dental is a wonderful dental clinic and always has the best professional and friendly staff! They are very easy to get in contact with and are always on top of everything regarding appointment scheduling and rescheduling. They offer great services like massage dental chairs and heated eye masks with complimentary screens to watch things if you want during your cleaning. I love the dentists here!

Dr. P is my favourite dentist! I’ve been going to her for the past 3 years. She has helped me through my Invisalign process and it has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a new dentist in SF.

Dental Offices should be nothing short of clean. The space is well-lit, with a natural yet modern feel to it. Equipments are state-of-the-art and everyone was genuinely welcoming and knowledgeable of the services provided. I’m engaged and can’t wait to come back for my next visit, which typically would have been a referral to an outside professional. Props to Zen Dental Studio’s wide in-house expertise.
