In 3/2022 I reached out to Care Orthodontics for a consultation. 5/2024 I walked away very satisfied with the team and the result. (I will upload pics when I get them).My treatment was for Invisalign and afterwards I got my gum contoured. Dr. Phan and everyone at the office is very nice and answered all my questions.10/10 I would recommend Care Orthodontics.

I had a very positive experience with Care Orthodontics. I used to be very self conscious about my teeth. I only had braces for a year and the results are amazing I’ve never felt more confident with my smile and I feel more comfortable when I speak because I don’t have to hide my teeth anymore. Great orthodontist. I went here several years ago and had a great experience and referred a lot of my friends and family to come here and they all have been doing well regarding their treatment as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to done my braces. Dr. Nancy and her staff are super friendly and understanding when it comes to rescheduling appointments, overall treatment, and any other concerns.

After completing my braces journey, I can confidently say it was worth every moment. The initial discomfort and adjustment period quickly became manageable with guidance from my orthodontist. Regular check-ups showed the progress and kept me motivated. Adapting to life with braces was a learning curve, but it became easier over time. The moment my braces were removed, revealing my new smile, was transformative. Post-braces care with retainers is essential, and I'm committed to maintaining my results. Overall, this experience has significantly improved my smile and confidence.

I did an evaluation, and decided to not to braces here. The main reason is because throughout the eval, the only person I talked to was the financial specialist of the clinic. I had questions during the eval that weren't answered directly. When I asked to speak with the doctor herself, the finance person said she's been working with the doctor for 10+ years and that I should trust her...so what?Another red flag was that they tried to incentivize same day full payment by offering some discount. Clinic has of course all the right to do what they want, but I felt pressured, especially when the specialist kept reminding me of the discount I would've missed out if I didn't do the payment same day. After coming home, I did a little more research on the reviews and found out that some of them are actually quite negative. I feel like I dodged a bullet.

Every staff member was very friendly and was always willing to take the time and explain things to me whenever I had any questions or concerns. Scheduling was also very flexible. There was always music playing and sometimes different shows you can watch on the television while waiting for your turn and even during the time they’re working on you. It was a very welcoming and comfortable space.I just got my braces off after 3 and a half years and will be coming back soon to do laser gum treatment with them.

You guys are the best, thank you so much for the great service. I always wanted to straighten my teeth, but was uninformed about the cost, you gave me the best options and were patient with my scheduling. I am dearly thankful for how everything turned out, now I have the smile I always wanted, though I am going to miss visiting and also miss my journey to straightening my teeth.

Beyond satisfied with my experience. I ended up paying far less than I expected and received treatment at the highest of qualities. Every person I met there was truly lovely, competent, and thoughtful. They took notes from every conversation I had with them and continually worked with me on issues. Invisalign was a goal of mine for years and they made it happen. Thank you to the doctors and assistants. P.s I rarely write reviews. I was recommended by my dentist to go here. I recommend the same.
