It’s been less than 1 year since I came to Dr.Chong for treatment. It’s been absolutely amazing and I’m more than satisfied with the progress we’ve made although it’s just a few months.Dr.Chong and her awesome team always go far and beyond to make patients’ life easier. It’s been absolutely great to work with her, Elizabeth, Sunny and Kim; they’re all super caring and professional.I would 120% recommend this place personally.

Embrace smiles is a good place for kids orthodontist needs. They guided us in the right direction, helped us make the right choice and took care of our daughter.Next of all we saw the results with our daughter’s teeth.

Dr. Chong and her team are wonderful. Dr. Chong explains what she's doing, why it's important, and answers all my questions patiently. She and her staff learn about you as a person, not just a patient, and show tremendous amounts of caring and compassion for the intricacies of life and how it impacts your dental health and treatment. Highly recommend!

This office is Amazing. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. My daughter is doing phase 1 treatment with expanders and aligners and she loves going to the office. Before starting treatment here she never liked going to the dentist at all and was always anxious. Now she is even comfortable with her hygienist and does not protest. This office can’t be recommended enough, they really take time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand every step of the process. We are so happy to have found them.

I cannot recommend Dr Chong and her team highly enough. I have just finished my aligners program. The results were were even better the what I had hoped for! I have always found all of the staff at Dr Chongs office fantastic to deal with. If I had attachments come off during my treatment, I was always able to get a timely appointment to get this sorted. That was really important to me as my goal was to get through the program on time. I also felt the staff explained progress and next steps in the treatment plan very well at each visit.

I had TMJ disorder and experienced jaw dislocation. After l received treatment for TMJ disorder, my bite completely changed and I can no longer bite as usual. I consulted different orthodontists and worked with two orthodontists. My dentist recommended Dr. Chong d/t complexity of my case. I have been on braces for 3 years and just took off my braces. Have not had any incident of jaw dislocation during treatment. Also I am so happy about the outcomes. Fabulous bite and my new bite truly put minimal strain on my jaw. Fortunate to have her.

Dr. Chong is really sweet and very knowledgeable. She works well with both kids and parents. I appreciate that her office is updated with the latest technology, using 3D printing for quick turnaround on retainers and other items, as using 3D scanning instead of the yucky mouth paste. I’m thankful my daughter enjoys the visits and it is not a struggle.

We relocated from Midwest and my kids were in middle of treatment. We had heard horror stories of how Ortho treatments will need to start afresh if we transition. However, we were pleasantly surprised on treatment plan received from Dr. Chong. Both my kids were smoothly enrolled in their new ortho schedule with no major changes asked for. The kids were very happy that they did not have to go through re wiring etc and are excited to earn points 😀.The entire staff is extremely polite, friendly, welcoming and understanding.We would highly recommend Dr. Chong.

I just finished my Invisalign treatment after 1 year and I'm really happy with my results! I use to have big gaps in my teeth and often times food would get stuck in between my teeth and it would sit there all day and eventually caused plaque. Now I rarely get food stuck in my teeth and my overall oral hygiene has improved by a lot! Lastly my smile has improved too! Dr. Chong really cares - my front two tooth were uneven in height (due to me chipping my tooth when I was younger) and she fixed them and made them even again, which was all included in my treatment. Her staff is always friendly and helpful and I highly recommend her office if you're interested in any orthodontics!
