I had a cleaning today, and is something that I never look forward to. My apologies as I cannot remember the hygenists name, however, I have always had gum issues. She was so gentle, I hardly felt anything. She told me I would really be sore tonight. I feel great. She took extra time explaining what I needed to do going forward. I felt energized leaving her office. This is exactly why I drive from Hollister to San Jose, see Dr. Singh and her team. Always worth the trip for the best! Thanks again!Joe

As I have gotten older the problems have gotten progressively worse. Over the last several years I’ve either had to have my teeth pulled or they’ve just fallen out. One incident where I became aware that one of my teeth was missing happen while I was on a video chat with my family. This daily uncertainty created trauma every time I thought to smile.I have a job where I am constantly communicating with people face-to-face. I noticed that I rarely smiled anymore. I knew I had to do something. I began looking for a dentist who specialized in dental implants. I’ve worn dentures for years. I knew I wanted something I would not have to take in and out daily.My daughter told me about her dentist at Smiletheory. I made an appointment.I was pleased from the very beginning. The office and most importantly the office staff were warm, pleasant, and welcoming. The dental hygienists’ dental assistants were equally as pleasant and welcoming.My first impression of Dr. Singh was that she took pride in her work! Dr. Singh is beyond skilled; she’s gifted. She assessed my situation and offered me various options. Her confident and reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease! I knew that I had found my dentist.Throughout the year-long process, my faith in Smiletheory; Dr. Singh, and her staff has never wavered. I had my initial visit at Smiletheory and was very pleased and satisfied with the competent , knowledgeable and friendly staff. The introductory paperwork was easily completed and health aspects discussed. The oral health exam completed with the latest in dental technology to include all X-rays and full color photos of my entire set of teeth. Dr Singh spent time with me going over my tooth situation in a very detailed and comfortable manner. I am returning for additional work and am feeling very confident.Frank McCarthy

Love this place! The first dentist i have enjoyed visiting. They make sure you are 100% comfortable before anything else. Their work is amazing and the staff are always so nice and helpful with any questions. I always enjoy my return visits and recommend this place for anyone who feels nervous about going to the dentist. They will take great care of you !

I never liked visiting the Dentist. But Dr. Singh and her team changed that. My visit to Smiletheory is pleasant every time I go. Everyone on the team is warm and very professional. The reception you get is welcoming. The staff that assist Dr. Singh and Dr. Sinha are knowledgeable and informative, they explain all the procedures and answer all your questions, they treat you with respect and compassion. Dr Singh is a gifted Dentist and an awesome practitioner. Thank you Dr. Singh and your wonderful team.

Dr. Singh and her staff are AMAZING!!! My daughter and I both have had the worst experiences with dentists and she was always afraid to step foot in an office. The staff from beginning to end made sure she was comfortable and they made sure to explain every procedure to help her relax. She is very professional and a great dentist. Also, very affordable. I am so thankful to Dr. Singh and her wonderful staff because you can tell they care for their patients. She has the BEST front desk staff!!!

No idea what everyone is so enthusiastic about. Stopped because office person seemed annoyed when I told them about my additional insurance. Made me feel uncomfortable about it, so stopped going back. Apparently if you miss an appointment they have a wonderful way of making sure you don’t want to go back. we’ve learned our lesson. At the new place I’m going to I feel appreciated and I have no out of pocket cost to me due to my additional coverage.

Dr Singh returned my call on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend when no other dentist would - I was suffering from severe pain from a molar that was no longer seated in its socket. It was clear that she was intelligent, knowledgeable and supportive of her patients which made me feel confident that I would be well taken care of. Dr Singh said she would see me Monday morning and would do same day treatment which no other dentist would do including mine that I had been going to for almost 15 years! Dr. Singh was as great in person as over the phone, very clear, explains everything to be done, all options and is patient with all questions (and I ask a lot!) All the other people in the office were amazing as well. They were friendly and helpful and accommodating which made the entire experience a positive decision. Definitely change your dentist to Smile Theory!

Yesterday morning I had my six months scheduled dental cleaning. It was super welldone and I made the decision to get the cleaning done every 4 months. Smiletheory personnel are very professional and explain the procedure in detail. I recommend them highly.Lydia E Curet
