Best dental care services in California. Polite cautious staff, empathetic professional beyond words. First seen, my face was all swollen up and in searing pain, given best advice and best meds. 2nd Appt two teeth extracted again by the highly qualified Dr. Tien Tran and nurse Christina a team made in heaven. I didn't feel a thing which is saying something consindering I have decayed half broken teeth which have roots longer and stronger than a hyenas. Am from Africa this therefore should say a lot about how professional the Dr and staff were. Thanks a milion, God Bless. CK

Beware of Dr Luhua Cheng. She is completely void of empathy, has the worst bedside manner and literally laughed in my husband’s face when he asked her to stop raising her voice at him. Yes, she raised her voice multiple times after she had asked him what was wrong. She was completely dismissive of his health issues and when brought up that he suffered from mental health issues she laughed at him.When I asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor popped her head out she rolled her eyes and went back into the office she was in. It is unfortunate that the clinic treats people like this because it’s government insurance.

This place is where you need to go If you are scared to death of dentist, like me they've extracted 3 teeth so far and I have yet to feel any pain. I had a bad experiance at a well known clinic W.....n Dental treated me like I was a big baby, come to find novacain does not work if you have an infection. WEST..N DENTAL. Thank God I came here instead.

There have been two times that I have had a pediatric appointment with my 15-year-old daughter and those two times the Dr.'s nurse blocks my online health, mine as a mother and my daughter, we cannot make appointments or look at anything and she has to log in to my health online and that nurse always blocks the accounts, I don't know why... He never explains anything to us, that's in the morning.

Last night I took my 5 months old daughter to urgent care here at this facility at 8pm. Even tho their hours show 9pm last patient/close time,m and even tho Santa Clara county social service agent told us they should take us in ANY time before 9pm. My daughter is 5 months old and she has redness on/around her neck. She keeps itching it and can’t sleep. They all saw how uncomfortable my daughter was and she was itching. They said, “Sorry, we have 3-4 patients inside, you should go to this hospital, they take patients until 10pm.” I can’t believe they didn’t take her in even tho they had 1 more hour time.

My first visit with my new Doc at a new health care facility. I was happy to see that the place was very nice and clean. The staff their was friendly and helpful.The lab and x-rays was on the 1st floor and right across the hall is the pharmacy. Everything you need under one building is the best.I am glad I chose this health center.

I like this place but it's not hensitizer or nothing to clean the chairs to sit I think they have to put some more facility to clean are hand for us like a patient the pharmacy it's horrible the people is kind of rude because they don't clean the pencil and they drop one tissue for me and she was telling me to do myself so I think that's really rude 🤬😋

I'm so glad I changed from BACC to Tully Medical Center, ever since I started coming here my medical and dental experience has been nothing shy of excellent. Not to mention I love my OB doctor, Dr. Vallejo is by far the best OB I've ever had. The staff is always nice and understand especially when it comes to any questions or concerns you as a patient may have. Special thanks to Vanessa in OB for always being so kind.

Quick in and out service at the pharmacy.Also walk in was great no appt. needed for Covid-19 shot.Best of all the nurse put me at ease as she gave me my shot and it really was pain less.So glad I finally got my first shot.No more fear getting my second shot.No waiting in line , parking space is great.❤️
