I have been a patient of Dr Israel and Best Natural smile since he took over the practice . I can't rave enough about how professional, courteous, helpful and kind everyone is from Vicky, Christina, Hillary, Angel ....Always above and beyond and now with Covid, I feel so safe with all the safety measures they have taken. I have recommended sooo many friends and now even my parents are there too. There is none better!

Everyone at Best Natural Smile is professional and compassionate. Dr. Israel & Vicky really took care of me today. I needed 4 cavities updated/filled and was extremely fearful. I love how Dr. Israel talked me through the whole process as it was happening, as Vicky held my hand when I requested. I didn’t feel a thing. Seriously, nothing!!!And the front desk is as equally as kind and efficient. Angel helped me with some billing issues. Everyone here is extremely helpful and professional! I won’t go anywhere else. I have been coming here for over 20 years and even though I have moved to the South Bay, I still make the drive to Santa Monica. They are THE BEST!

Christina is outstanding! She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She is also exceptionally thoughtful and personable.And I just had an appointment with Dr. Israel for a procedure regarding a very old filling, and as always, the doctor was truly excellent: skilled, friendly, calm and assured, and efficient. Dr. Israel’s team is always so impressive, including his assistant, Vicki, who helped make today’s procedure seamless and pain-free.

I'll start by saying that anything dental related has always been my greatest fear. I had a recent tooth infection that evolved into a gum infection and was lost in finding proper treatment and a course of action. Thankfully through the help of Hilarie and the Best Natural Smile team, they were able to get my going on the right path and examined me on an emergent basis even getting me setup with a periodontist the same day. The setup of their office, the staff, their doctors (shoutout to Dr. Israel), and their whole team really are amazing in making you feel at ease and comfortable. I can't express how appreciative I am for Hilarie who walked me through the whole process, got my X-rays from previous consults, and set me up with my appointments to put all my anxiety at ease. I will be happily setting up my continued care with this office and recommend them to everyone, especially those who are anxious or scared of seeing the dentist. They really go beyond in making you feel cared for and at ease with everything they do. Thank you!!

I love this place. I recently had an emergency situation with an old root canal and they were very attentive on getting me in Right away. It turned out I needed to get the tooth removed ASAP as it was infecting my whole body. After the procedure, they made sure to follow up with me and get me in for all follow up appointments in a quick timely manner. Any dental or oral procedures are never fun but this place makes it best experience one could have while drills are in your mouth. 😂 I recently got dental insurance and unfortunately for me, they are out of network HOWEVER, I’m still choosing to go to them because I don’t want any other place handling my mouth. I am confident that I am receiving the best care and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Not only because of the medical reasons but the staff and office environment itself, is warm and inviting.

I have been seeing Dr. Israel since he bought the practice over 2 decades ago. He is a perfectionist, which is a desirable trait in a dentist. He has the most up-to-date equipment and knows how to use it well. He and his dental assistant Vicki are a wonderful team. Christina and Loan are personable and thorough hygienists. I even returned here for my dental care when I lived out of state. I live 4 hours away, and still go to Dr.Israel!

I almost apologize for making this comment but Loan Is A wonderful hygienist. However I am a speech teacher and I would like to say that she speaks too fast and her words are mumbled. Did not understand about 40% of her words and that was a problem. I encourage her to speak more slowly and make all the words as clear as she can. My apologies for giving this information.
