I Love going to Santa Rosa Smiles. My dental Hygenist Susan Hagstrom is excellent, personable, and my teeth feel great when she’s done cleaning them! Dr. Frigo is the best in the area, and she does all her own specialty work. She and Jen are doing a veneer for my front tooth as I chipped my tooth. They are perfectionists on shape and color matching! I just love this group so much!!

I have been looking for a dentist that would take my mother’s insurance and read the reviews about this place. Which were amazing! So I booked an appointment filled out the paperwork and we went today for her appointment. I’m just so overwhelmingly Happy about our visit.. from Val, the front desk and Claudia at the front desk to Susan Hagstrom, Dental Hygienist to Dr. Frigo. They were so thorough and so patient and kind to my 90 year old mother. Her teeth looked great for her age and I booked 6 months out. I HIGHLY recommended this practice. I’m thinking of changing though I’m loyal, but they don’t take my Insurance .We’ll seeVery happy!!!

Our experience was fantastic. Very kind doctor and assistant. Always thoughtful, clear communication of the work plan.I went there with our 5 years old daughter. On our way there I was fearing that the child will cry during the cavity work. However the professionalism and the well put work process they have there made our procedure seamless and happy. My daughter didn’t even cry once. When the doctor finished the cavity work, she made sure to offer me some time to ask any questions and provided a good release instruction. Thank you!

I went with Dr. Frigo like 3 years ago and was impressed how she help me with my pain: honest doctor, instead of offering me big deal like other dentist .She was able to find that my tooth hurt because my bite was not right, she sanded it off and thanks to that I no longer bite my mouth when chewing.I not longer need her services because I moved . But I I was close definitely will go with her. Highly recommend.Plus all her staff is super nice.

Seven months ago, I went to this office for the first time and my first impression was that they were competent in the dental sector, in fact I purchased a dental health plan with them. However, when they give me the result of my first appointment, they tell me that they do not do endodontics or extraction, but that they are going to give me 2 orders to go to the specialists, to whom they refer patients. I must clarify that I chose that office because in their profile they say that they provide all services in the dental area. Since I already purchased the dental health plan, I decided to return for the second appointment to complete my investment. Two days before the appointment, Mrs. Cristhine calls me, telling me something about the date of the appointment, scheduled 6 months ago. At that moment I tell her that she didn't speak English, please, if there was someone who speaks Spanish, however, Mrs. Cristhine tells me that there is no one who speaks Spanish and she said that the appointment was the same day but on another date. hour. When the day and time of my appointment arrived, Ms. Cristhine told me that she had missed my appointment because I was late. At that moment, Ms. Claudia hears that I do not speak English, that is why she decides to assist me, because she speaks Spanish, I immediately realize that in the office there are people who speak Spanish, not just one person but two. In conclusion: 1- In the office they do not do everything they say on their website, they only do the basics and refer patients to other specialists. 2- Mrs. Cristhine has an aversion to people who do not speak English. 3- The Assistant, who did my dental cleaning, she is very professional and kind. 4- Mrs. Claudia, she understood my limitation with English and she was empathetic with me, very kind and professional.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I highly recommend Dr. Frigo’s office. All of her staff are great and very helpful. Dr. Frigo, Linda and Color Match Queen, Jen really took the time to work with me in getting my crown fit and matched up perfectly. I really appreciated their genuine care to make sure that I was happy with the end result. I have confidence in my smile again and I can’t thank you guys enough!! If you need dental work, please do not hesitate to go see Dr. Frigo at Santa Rosa Smiles! Thanks again!!

I’m so happy to have found Santa Rosa Smiles! I was looking for a dentist who would help me improve my smile and offer a few extra girly girl services! Dr . Frigo can do all of that and more! I had so many questions and Claudia at the front desk was so patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was very informative and helpful . Everyone at Santa Rosa Smiles was wonderful, from the front desk to checking out and everyone in between. The staff was so friendly and my hygienist, Megan (I think) was so good with me! She explained everything she was doing, helped me relax and was very positive and encouraging! She never rushed and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I definitely have a fear of the dentist, so her calm demeanor made a huge difference for me. Dr. Frigo was so kind as well and made sure I understood everything. When I was checking out, I asked for the dentist's card, which is in the process of being reprinted with the new address. She looked in the back and found an old one for me 😊. I don't remember ever having such a nice experience at the dentist! I will definitely return!

I am so happy for Dr Frigo and the team as they open the office in their new location. Today’s visit was the cleaning. Christie always do an awesome job, her hand skills are great and gentle. I am a nervous wreck every time I go to the dentist but she always makes me feel comfortable. Chairside manners are exceptional! I love Dr Frigo she is the cutest!! My dad had to get a crown put in last year and recommended this place to me. I had nerves and anxiety prior to my visit because of last dental experience. I need a root canal and crown done, and they set me up with a plan over the course of the next few months to get everything done. They do get your insurance before the appointment which is GREAT! It was only measurements, X-Rays and pictures today but they were very professional and personable. They made me feel comfortable immediately and calmed my nerves for my upcoming procedures. Now I’m looking forward to my next visit with them.
