We had a great first visit at Smile Orthodontics. From the time that I called to make the appointment to visiting the office in Santa Rosa everyone was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Choi explained procedures and timelines on what we can expect in the future. She also listened to my concerns and answered all questions. Great experience!

My daughter just got her braces at Smile Orthodontics, they made us feel like family right from the start! From our consultation to getting her braces on they have been super friendly and informative of what to expect through the process. I’m in my mid 20’s, have had a bottom permanent retainer for 10 years. It broke on 2 teeth so I needed to get it fixed and quick! Dr. Eliason booked me an emergency appointment and fixed it. And omg.... it’s so much softer than before to where I feel much more comfortable eating! It doesn’t collect plaque/food easily anymore. This might make a big difference in my eating habits which would help my life. I’m an epileptic, and when I don’t eat I have seizures. This is huge. I’m so happy for myself! I just ate some chips and salsa and it feels so much cleaner, easier, and comfortable than how it used to feel before. I’m so happy for myself I could cry in joy! Thank you Smile! We're a new customer, but I wanted to share out experience thus far. Dr. Eliason and the entire Smile Orthodontics staff are very friendly and answered our questions thoroughly on the initial consult. On the follow-up visit, the image scan they took of my son's mouth was efficient and painless. I'm looking forward to the fitting of the Invisalign product at our next office visit. I expect that it will go just as smoothly. If you're looking for advice on whether you need traditional braces or the new Invisalign option, an onsite visit to Smile Orthodontics is well worth the effort!

I love the whole team at SMILE Orthodontics! They are all professional yet so nice! Each one goes out of their way to be sure you have all your questions answered. I also like how they talk you through the appointment and what's going to happen, clearly setting expectations.Dr Eliason was beyond patient with answering all my questions about Invisalign, even after the initial consultation. We went back and forth through email and phone until I felt 100% about the plan and outcome. I never felt pressured to commit before then.I also like the Invisalign simulation "ClinCheck" that they sent to me to show the projected teeth movement. It was really fascinating and gave me a great idea of what the end results could look like.I'd definitely recommend SMILE for your smile!

Dr. Eliason and the team at Smile Orthodontics are simply the best. Both of my children have been patients and I, likely, will be next. I think repeat business speaks volumes! Everyone that I have interacted with has been highly professional, knowledgeable and kind. They coordinated insurance coverage for us - it couldn’t have been easier! This is the best orthodontics office around.

Dr Wear, Dr Eliason and their entire staff are the BEST!! I would highly recommend this office if you need braces. The office staff is so nice, payment plans are available and somehow they know how to make the orthodontics process fun. Both our boys have had braces through this office and they have beautiful smiles! This office is wonderful!!!

My son needed braces, and I never had my teeth fixed as a kid, so we did it together. We visited a few orthodontists, and we loved Dr. Cercone at Smile Orthodontics! He wasn't afraid to tell me the truth, instead of what I wanted to hear. Other orthodontists were willing to use Invisalign on me, even if they didn't think it was the best choice for me. Dr. Cercone said he uses Invisalign all the time, but it wasn't right for me, and he wouldn't do it. Now, 2 years later, my son and I have beautiful, straight teeth! Vicki and Evelyn and all the staff are so friendly. They make you feel like part of the family. Both Santa Rosa and Windsor offices are always decorated for the season, so it's very inviting. I emphatically recommend Dr. Cercone and his staff. You won't be disappointed!
