Saratoga Smiles

Visited Saratoga Smiles for the 1st time, ( needed implants)...and was so nervous. The staff and dentist were great!!! Once I started talking to them I started to feel relaxed and could feel the blood pressure slowly drop. They handled every question and my fear so professionally. The dentist discussed the whole procedure and the staff took care of financing. That was another big concern. I walk out of the office feeling...I don't know....Happy. lost my fears gained new friends and a dentist.

First word for this dental practice? OUTSTANDING! Where do I begin to speak of such excellence in Dr Richard Dennis & his entire staff? I'm a new patient, coming from a practice that shouldn't be in practice, but here, I was treated with the utmost care, respect, compassion, professionalism, knowledge, & wise advice choice options, that it's difficult to find words to express my deepest, heartfelt, thanks to Dr. Richard Dennis & his entire staff. I was told some very negative things about my dental issues; from the most recent practice I went to & the one prior to that. However, Dr. Dennis shocked me when his interpretation was completely different & in my favor. I was so relieved to hear something good! Not only did he say I had good bone structure, but that crowns could be put on my lower teeth, where I was told it was impossible. I was, honestly, led to believe I'd need dentures, but I don't! Hallelujah! I was, also, very pleased to hear Dr. Dennis doesn't use that awful metal in the mouth that's been used for years. I always felt this was not a good thing, but apparently cheap. I lost a front crown when the post completely broke off & so I need an implant. This practice got me in quickly & was able to move up my surgery, so I didn't have to wait as long....unreal! They showed me how I could apply for financing to get it done to make it affordable. No, Dr Dennis doesn't take insurance or dental discount plans, however, that should NOT stop anyone from seeking his help. They will assist you in billing your insurance for any reimbursement, paid directly to you & they make it so easy. These people are just amazing. Do I really need to draw attention to some of the nasty attitudes flying around these days?? Well, you WILL NOT find them here! Just imagine a dental practice that really cares about you & a dentist that is constantly educating himself in the latest technologies. Well, imagine it here. Honestly, I could go on & on with praises to this dental practice of Dr. Richard Dennis & the incredible staff he has with him, but I'd be writing a book. In last, I'll say that if you are at all concerned about your dental care, I urge you to contact this practice & see what they can do for you. I stand strong that this is a 5 star place with 7 stars from me! THANK YOU, Dr. Richard Dennis for your care of me & THANK YOU to all his wonderful staff! I want to start this review by saying prior to finding Dr. Dennis and his practice I had two very unpleasant experiences with two other dental practices. I had a cap come off one of my front teeth which was very upsetting to me. I work in a customer service position and have to provide attention to each and every person. No one would help me for whatever reason, I won’t go into that. My sister found Dr. Dennis first and could not say enough good about him and his entire staff. They got me in immediately after hearing my problem, and on my first visit Dr. Dennis fixed my tooth!, and I was able to return to work without embarrassment. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dennis and his entire staff. They actually care about their patients and treat them with respect and compassion. I no longer have to look for a practice for I will be with Dr. Dennis and his staff from this day forward. I do have other issues with my teeth and I know I can trust the information I receive will be what is best for me and my dental health. If there were more stars to give I would certainly choose the highest. Our world needs more people like this!! I cannot thank them enough and wanted to pass that on to you. If you need a new dentist who is capable , knowledgeable and cares about his patients , do not hesitate to go to Dr.Dennis and his wonderful staff. I had a consultation with Dr. Dennis today and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming. All the staff were helpful and everyone was patient, answering all my questions. Dr Dennis was kind, patient and immediately someone I felt I could trust! I would definitely recommend choosing Saratoga Smiles for your dental care!

I am very fearful and nervous when it comes to dental procedures and came here after a painful experience elsewhere. This is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to. Every person was beyond kind and helpful and I was able to get my procedure done pain and fear free. I’ve only had wonderful experiences at this office! Dr Dennis is very kind and enjoyable to work with. All staff members are a pleasure to deal with as well. I moved south to the Albany area and still would rather drive 40 minutes for Saratoga Smiles. They’re that good!I should note that I’m not the best with needles, but Dr Dennis is very patient/gentle during the process so I barely felt anything. Amazing!

Always a pleasant experience. All staff very caring. Lauren, the hygienist, is deliberate in her approach, absolutely no pain. Dr Dennis is wonderful. I always hated going to dentist and face it, who likes to go. But no dread here. In my past they helped me out with a broken filling before I was a regular patient. And they did the same for my Dad. For great smile this office is the best.

I've been a patient nearly a decade. The entire office has a calming atmosphere. Dr. Dennis has a soft touch, is patient, soft spoken and does great work. I have a true fear of pain, yet I feel comfortable at Saratoga Smiles. Patty is the office manger, I have never meet a nicer person to work with. She will work hard to fulfill your needs all with a hugh smile. I promise, you will not be sorry choosing Saratoga Smiles.
