We love South TX Ortho! The text messaging appointments and scheduling is super convenient. Office staff is kind and available to answer all questions. The overall treatment plan was clear and affordable. My girls have been in Dr B’s care and have beautiful smiles.You’re also in the best care with Dee, the Ortho assistant.

We have 2 teens seen right now with STO and have been very pleased with their flexibility in scheduling and payment plans. The treatments plans were prepared quickly and the staff is great! My only qualm is their confusing text reminder system that took a couple months to get used to but that in no way affects their excellent service.

The knowledge and experience that Dr. Bruchmiller and have staff have are the best. My daughter was nervous about getting an expander and braces, and Dee was kind and explained everything in detail step by step to my daughter, which helped her relax and make the appointment a breeze. After her appliances were put on, Dee went into detail to explain how to care for her teeth with the braces and expander on. Dee even reached out the following day after to check on my daughter and to see if we had any questions or concerns.

South Texas Orthodontist are wonderful. I love that they have offices all over the city so we can be accommodated on different days in different locations.Roxette is always so nice and helpful when scheduling.Everyone in the office is so kind. I am super impressed by Dr. Bruchmiller and all of the staff at South Texas Orthodontics. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

South Texas Orth at Schertz are truly the best orthodontist I’ve dealt with, after deciding to get a 2nd opinion we came to STO and they were amazing! All they do is ortho so it makes every visit quick and I can come on any day of the week vs dental office where I would have had to wait to see an orthodontist. The staff here is great, very kind & knowledgeable!

I took my two teenagers to the Schertz location to get braces. The office staff were very nice and helpful, especially office manager Lynette, she was very patient and professional in assisting us! The wait wasn’t long, and the process was surprisingly easy, thanks to the all the staff. Our dental assistant, Nora was amazing with the kids and very proficient at her job! She communicated well with the kids, as she was assisting them with their braces putting them at ease during the process! Also she explained the aftercare process very thoroughly! Dr. Bruchmiller was personable and great with the kids. We will definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs orthodontic care!!!

My daughter had a severe case of stacking teeth that we had to start at the age of 6. Now at 11, she is almost finished and she has experienced as little discomfort as possible. Maybe a total of 5 days of discomfort for the last 5 years. Dr. Jackson, especially her staff is very attentive to my daughters’ needs. Just wish they would come to New Braunfels. But, willing to drive for this level of care.

Our family has used South Texas Orthodontist since 2015 for our children's orthodontic care. We were very pleased with the staff and level of treatment we received with our daughter that we returned in 2021 w/ our son. The smiles and confidence builder for my daughter once her treatment was complete, assured my husband & I that the money invested was well spent!Dr. Bruchmiller and his staff at the Schertz location are AMAZING ☺️ Dr. Bruchmiller addresses the patients by name and will chat a minute before moving to next patient & Nora will send text messages to check up on my son after his visits. I enjoy being able to go behind the scenes and be a part of what’s taking place while my child is being serviced ,these are just a few reasons why we 💙 South Texas Orthodontics.

Polite front desk clerk. Treatment coorsinator Lynette gossiped about other orthos in town and spoke poorly about my choice of dentist commenting" they would be at the bottom of her list". not what I want to hear after spending $1500 on 3 kids very recently. Whom might I add I was VERY pleased with.(Schertz Dental) Fast talking and as my daughter said "fakish", I was very uncomfortable.Dr seemed nice and outgoing. When the price break down printed it shows customary fee of $6980, my price was $5880 insurance covered $1250 leaving balance of $4630. This was with no appliances and a 14 month treatment. Didn't quite add up to me. (this is not my first child in braces) When I quizzed her on it she quickly dismissed my question and treated me as if I couldn't afford braces which is far from the truth. I couldn't imagine 14 months visiting that woman. Not our cup of Tea.
