I’ve been going here for 3 years and then had to find a new dentist in my new city due to a last minute emergency happening on my tooth- it turned out the new office I went to was a horrible experience and they tried to scam me…. so I immediately called union street dental in tears asking for help - and they were able to fit me in last minute on the spot for a filling. The staff is so sweet and everyone there makes you feel at home. Dr. Yen has the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced in a dr. She is so comforting and has a way of making you feel so relaxed. They give you water, blankets, you can watch TV, and they just make you feel like you’re in someone’s home, very cozy and you will not be anxious about having any work done while you’re there. I didn’t feel any shots at all and the entire experience was just incredible. Dr. Yen her entire team made me feel so cared for and welcome after having such a bad experience at the other office. I am truly forever grateful and will come to this office for as long as I can even though I moved out of Seattle. WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!

Dr. Yen has cured my dental anxiety. Her care and compassion for her patients really showed during our interactions and lasted throughout the entire duration of my appointment. Gentle but thorough, the session was over before I even knew it. And guess what? No anxiety! My best dental visit thus far. Thank you Union Dental team. Called in to take care of a chipped molar and was baffled by the level of care I received. Had me checked in before I even got through the front door and everyone made sure I was informed of what was going on, what my options were and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Everyone was incredibly skilled and efficient. Big thank you for the wonderful experience.

Best dentist I've ever had. I've been coming to Union Street Dental for a couple years. The staff always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and they're very Covid safe and willing to schedule early appointments for immune compromised patients. They offer best possible experience everytime, whether it's a cleaning, a filling, or wisdom tooth removal.

The best dental office I've ever been to. Exceeded any possible expectations. From the moment you enter, it's clean, stylish, and spacious. Everyone treats you kindly. Every single professional I worked with there is thoughtful, passionate, and comprehensive. They spend quite a bit of time with you, and Dr. Yen comes in with an aura of warmth, giving you dental and life advice. Very different from the typical busy, efficient office. And, as a nice bonus, the intake form has you select your favorite music, if you want music playing, and your favorite shows... which you can watch as your teeth get inspected and cleaned! Really a wonderful office full of fantastic people.

The BEST dental clinic ever! I've been going here for over 2 years now and every time I feel very welcome and everyone is extra nice!!! Dr. Yen is very knowledgeable, has a steady hand and operates very fast! She also gave great advice on how to adjust my lifestyle to keep my teeth healthy. Both her and all the hygienists and nurses are extremely friendly and always make me feel at home! In addition to that, their clinic is modern, has great equipment and they offer TV as well while procedures are being performed. They are very responsive to emergencies.

Really great experience here! They were very friendly, talked about my concerns with dental work, asked about my favorite music and tv show, and had the music playing in the exam room when I went in for both appointments. I ended up needing 2 fillings replaced, and honestly best experience with a filling ever. I don't know what kind of topical numbing they used but I didn't even feel the needle for the injectable numbing, and in the past I've always felt that uncomfortable pinching/tingling sensation. They also had my tv show playing the whole time so I could focus on that and not what they were doing. Highly recommend!!

My opinion of this business could not be higher. My visit to Union Street Dental resulted in a rather profound and emotional experience for me. I came, as a private patient, without insurance, seeking advice and possibly medical care from a dentist, in their capacity as a diagnostician and doctor of the mouth. Concerns I had regarding my soft plate area. Even as a new patient, seen at short notice, I was afforded such care, I was the sole focus of the doctor and her team. This was an issue (resolved!!) that was of longstanding concern to me. The questions I had were answered with patience, clarity, accuracy, and sensitivity. They utilized top quality equipment for diagnostic purposes. Equipment was just state of the art, like you are in Zurich or Japan. The entire facility was flawlessly clean, front and back. I am incredibly OCD, and a worrier, I jump on mistakes in clinical cleanliness...so just arriving at an almost impossibly clean, immaculate, sterile facility that was also beautifully and warmly decorated set me at ease by check in. I came to this office by chance, for a typically not pleasant medical visit. Instead, this became an experience that actually made my day better by virtue of defying all the stereotypes that could be made about a dental office. They actually care about me there, and that means something to me that would be tangibly difficult to express in a review. I’m a difficult, odd patient to deal with, I ask pesky uncomfortable questions, I am neurotic, stubborn, intelligent enough to be annoying. And I have had significant health issues in life. This will often reflect on my experience of a doctors visit because I bring that tension with me, and not all doctors are therapists, and they are busy. And I just feel like more than any other of the literally countless doctor and hospital visits I’ve had, that here I mattered in a very human way. That folks went out of their way to do what they do best. And I do not expect that that would be different for anyone else who comes here for an appointment. As a private patient, the bill was very small in contrast to the basically full hour if the doctors time I was given. The fun bit is it really is a like a spa there too!!. I’ll let you discover that for yourself. I would recommend anyone to go here. I’m already trying to talk my wife and son into making an appointment. Top notch and good karma.
