I had a good experience here except for one major thing - Dr. K’s team did some intrusive things without asking me or telling my parents, like shaving down my front teeth and putting on a permanent retainer. I know a permanent retainer is common practice, but as an adult looking back I wish they had given me an option. I had to tell them to stop mid way when my teeth were being shaved. I wish they gave young adults the agency and respect to communicate what they are doing before they start. I hope this behavior is changed in future practice.

We love this office.I had 2 kids in braces at the same time.We transferred in from an office we weren’t happy with.Kerzner’s office is everything you could ask for in an orthodontist.Let’s start with his awesome personality!!He is honest about treatment and whether or not your kids are doing their part.Staff is kinds and informative.Location is great.Parking is easy.Appointments are quick unless he has to fit some one in for an emergency ( be sympathetic it could be your kid he is fitting in someday! LOL)Most IMPORTANTLY the kids teeth look amazing!!! Both just got their braces off.

Dr. Kerzner and his team are lovely! They walked me through the entire aligners process step by step and I'm thrilled with my results. They were so thorough and accommodating. I'm actually sad to be done with the process purely because I won't get to see them as often. If you're on the fence about where to go for orthodontic care, stop looking. You've found the right people.

They absolutely sucked. The dentist just stood there talking to the receptionist while me and 3 others had been waiting for over 45 minutes to see him. Then when I finally get into see him after waiting over 1.5 hours past my appointment time he tells me he has an emergency and had to reschedule my appointment for another day. But when I try to make another appointment they said I have to find a new place to go to and they won't take me. I'll I tried to do was see a dentist but apparently that's too hard for the place to let people do.

Dr. Kerzner and his team looked to be the best and boy was I right.You can just tell right off the bat that Dr. Kerzner actually cares about his patients' health and happiness which, ironically, is something many healthcare providers seem to lack in my experience. I'm still flabbergasted that he devoted so much time to me despite me coming in with cold feet and not knowing what I wanted and how I wanted to proceed after having braces on for so long from somewhere else and not being happy.For any concerned parents: let me say your concern is not misplaced. Taking your child to a bad orthodontist for anything will have a life-long negative impact. Dr. Kerzner is the perfect orthodontist for your kiddo, no matter what he/she needs. I know because he makes his patients feel so very comfortable and heard, and best of all, explains every single option you have, gives price points, and addresses any questions you have. He will  respect any reservations you have to any procedures and still deliver amazing end results.Im writing this review after Dr. Kerzner took care of my unfinished procedure, and made it as cost effective as possible. He not only finishes the job, but goes way above and beyond, which I'm assuming goes back to his passion for this field.I realize how enthusiastic this review sounds; it's because Im feeling exactly that right now leaving his office with braces-free, beautiful teeth!

All of our children needed orthodontic work and we have been going to Kerzner Othodontics for over 10 years. Every aspect of Dr. Kerzner’s practice is attended to with much detail, from the warmth and high level of customer service from support staff to the preparation and detailed follow up of appointments especially during this time of COVID. Dr. Kerzner is like a member of the family, expressing much care and concern for each child and when needed, has called us at home on several occasions to follow up. We can’t imagine going anywhere else......Kerzner Orthodontics is the best!

I had never been to Dr. Kerzner before I came to him for orthodontic treatment last year. I was (and still am) extremely apprehensive about the process, and after 5 months I can say I am so glad that I chose Dr. Kerzner. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, he has a welcoming personality and makes the process pleasant. Furthermore, his staff is incredible. I have been helped by several of his assistants, and I can’t even speak to one because they are all so great. This includes front desk staff as well. In my opinion, this speaks volumes. I look forward to continuing my treatment at this facility because I know I’m in good hands.

Dr Kerzner and his staff have gone above an beyond with their current procedures during the pandemic. There is a screening before you are seated to make sure have no symptoms. All surfaces were cleaned constantly to eliminate any chance of the virus.I came to Dr Kerzner because my previous orthodontist had retired and my bottom retainer became loose. He repaired my retainer quickly and I felt safe throughout the process. I can’t thank he and his team enough!

I have 2 kids that go to Dr. Kerzner. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Kerzner and his staff. Though he gets busy, he will always make time for you. Whether it's a phone call or a text or zoom, he will always keep you up to date with the process. He uses the latest technology to make the parents understand everything that is going on. His staff is also first rate! With regards to the pandemic, he quickly adjusted and made the necessary changes to make sure we stayed on schedule. Not only that, he and his staff are genuinely nice people! My whole family are happy he was referred to us.

Dr. Kerzner and his team are all extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr. Kerzner to anyone and I am lucky to have found such a great team. Every appointment is thorough and efficient. I feel comfortable and valued in their office, and scheduling future appointments is a smooth process. The office is clean and organized, and each assistant is attentive and caring toward each patient. I've enjoyed every experience with everyone at the office and I am extremely satisfied with the service I'm gotten. Thank you to Dr. Kerzner and everyone on his team!
