Had an appointment for new set of retainers and was expecting they'll scan my teeth again because it's been 2 years since the last time I picked up my last set. Was surprised and very happy that they don't need to do the scanning again since they still have my mold and the new set was ready for me to try on.🤗 Thanks to Sam who has a very welcoming personality. You made my day!😇

Staff are always kind and super friendly.The place is warm and welcoming.I wasn’t sure and confident with my choice of treatment but the doctor and the staff took extra time to have me come back for another assessment. Their patience and knowledge made me feel like I am where i should be.Over all experience - fantastic and highly recommend the place.

This place is super confusing, probably because it's a huge business across the bay area. On my very first consult, I met with a woman orthodontist (Dr Cua), on my second consult & confirmation appt, I had a male ortho (Dr Wong). Today I went in to put in my Invisalign for the very first time, and neither were there to speak with me (but that's ok because the person who did treat me was great). it's just that knowledge is lost every time and I have to re-explain. I didn't like the fact that not one person was in charge of me.Today I was running late for my appointment so I called to say "sorry i'll be 10 minutes late" the receptionist says "ok, we can hold your appointment for 10 minutes" well that's exactly when I said I'd be there?.. Lo and behold, once I get there, I am sitting in the waiting room for FORTY. MINUTES. Until I finally see the ortho. I get patients run behind and your schedule goes awry but if your schedule is already so behind, whats the point of threatening me with saying "you only have 10 minutes leeway"? Everyone else in the waiting room was also waiting 30+ min like me, so if you have an afternoon appointment expect a long wait.

The staff, Ana, Monica, and Liliya are super awesome! Liliya is always on top of her game when it comes to remembering the small details regarding appointments, whether it is setting them, changing them, or reiterating what is going to happen during your next visit if you should forget. Ana and Monica are second to none! Issues came up with my daughter refusing to wear her invisiline, and I had to make the tough parenting choice to switch her to braces. Ana was super helpful about what the process was going to entail, and when she asked me a question that I was not sure of, Monica remembered my daughter and knew the situation and it just reiterated the fact that I know I made the right choice trusting them with my daughter’s orthodontic needs. I just wish my daughter would take her teeth as serious as Ana, Monica, and Liliya.

I can't express how delighted I am with the level of care and expertise my 8-year-old daughter received from her dentist at Image Orthodontics during her braces treatment. The results are truly outstanding, and her smile has been transformed. I love image ortho! My bf recommended me them. When I first came in for a consultation, I spoke with Sonia and she was so sweet! She explained to me the process and took her time. She even went a step further and helped me find a new dentist with my insurance when I was having issues with my old dentist. I would recommend anyone to come here if they’re thinking about it! (:

It’s my first visit and I have to say the experience is amazing! I would like to give a shout-out to Manager Monica and Dr. Wong. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have, and they will explain everything in detail. Even their team members are so fast and efficient. You would be better served going to a different orthodontist office. I can't begin to tell you all the reasons why. Just know they will not listen to you. You will feel like you wasted your time and money. It seems to be quantity of patients vs quality of care. I refuse to go back, and will have my regular dentist check my aligners from here on out.

My aligners are not in correct sizing/alignments since I started my # 37th aligner I'm having hard time to wore them that's why the doctor decided to do another aligner fitting (this cause real delays on my teeth to get align on time)Next is when I'm in my appointment today, when I was about to check-in one of the csr approached me and saying something about a bill w/c she could say it to me in a right way, she sounded like she wanted our conversation to be done and for me to just pay for my due bills. For me as a guest I was treated poorly by this lady(with the black and short hair) she should know how to assess, listen to the guest and show genuine empathy, She is working with people and customer service is a big plus, she should know better.
