Tolleson Orthodontics

My family had a very bad experience at Tolleson orthodontics. He caused irreversible damage to my daughters front teeth by aggressively shaving them down for no reason even when not in proper alignment. This caused an orthopedic change in my daughters face shape in an unhealthy way. Then he thought I would not notice we would notice the bad dental work he did. He esthetically made the situation worse by shaving down her teeth for no reason. We consulted with a lawyer about his poor quality of work. My friends in Southlake and Westlake have all gotten beautiful results and are very happy with their orthodontist. Looking back, I really wish I chose another orthodontist and went elsewhere. In all my experiences, this by far has been the worst doctor patient relationship my daughter/my family/I ever experienced

Tolleson ortho is amazing! The women at the front desk are so sweet along with all the assistants and dr Tolleson is kind and very good at his job! The office is very professional and caring! My daughter always loved jamming to the music they had playing it made her more comfortable! After 3 years of being at Tolleson ortho with my first with braces we won't go anywhere else when the youngest two need them! Her smile says it all

We have been going to Tolleson Orthodontics for over a year and words cannot express how much we appreciate them. My daughter had her braces taken off recently and then late last night felt like her retainer was too loose. I emailed the office at 10:00 PM and had a response by 7:00 this morning! I am relieved and impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, kindness and willingness to accommodate on such short notice. They saw us this morning to tighten her retainer which put my child at ease and, in turn, put me at ease. Sacha is an absolute gem and has helped us more times than I can count, including today. Lisa is so sweet and patient and Dr. T, who I recently learned was a straight A student in dental school, has also earned straight A's with this family! Thank you for being so caring, knowledgeable and easy, beyond measure, to work with! I highly recommend this practice for all your orthodontic needs!

Dr. Tolleson and his entire staff are incredible. My daughter has been coming to them for about a year and actually looks forward to her appointments!! The team makes sure she’s comfortable and explains everything they do, so it doesn’t feel scary. They are always on time and professional. Their office is bright and cheery and welcoming, and everyone is so kind - it makes having braces a much more positive experience than when I was a kid, that’s for sure! Highly recommend seeing them for treatment.

Dr. Tolleson worked MAGIC!! We moved here from California and found out that my daughter needed braces on immediately! I knew board certified orthos were more distinguished and Dr. Tolleson proved that to be beyond true!! His skills and attention to details ensured that my daughter has the perfect smile! His office staff has always been amazing from the first day of our consultation to today when the braces came off! I loved Dr. Tolleson’s work so much I had my smile perfected by him! Thank you Dr Tolleson for making our smiles brighter! And if you want the best of the best for you or your child this is the place to be! My daughter will be starting her talk show with the highest levels of confidence and we are so grateful for that!! Thank you! We’ll be back for phase 2!

After I moved to Southlake with kids in braces, this Orthodontist required removal of my child's braces and wanted to start over at full price even though my son was 2/3 through treatment. Thankfully I tried another office which opted to continue with the appliances already on my son, saving us both time and money. I would not recommend!

Today was a big dayMy son had his braces taken off after almost 1.5 year , what an amazing perfect smile perfectly aligned teeth and beautiful results .When I had seen several orthodontist for consultation I was very frustrated hearing few local orthodontist say “ we need to remove 4 teeth “ “ you waited too long “ “ it will take more time and work for us “I was very impressed with Dr toleson when he said “ I only remove teeth as a last resort “ “ it’s ok if it takes time I want you to be happy with the results “ and decided to choose him over all others !He was always available to answer all our questions , he is very compassionate and genuinely caring , best communication skills , an artist at how he does his work and he gave us the best treatment plan and results .He staff is amazing always helpful in adjusting schedules , appointments with best customer servicethe team work they share , the smiles they create is unbelievable.So happy and would highly recommend. We did three orthodontic consults for my 9 year old before choosing Dr. Tolleson. His recommendation was the least invasive, with an approach to create space without the use of a palate expander. My daughter was extremely nervous to get her braces on and the entire staff has been so sweet and patient with her, which makes me a happy mom. Thank you!!

From the time i made our appointment i knew this would be the place for us. Scheduling was easy. They reached out almost immediately when we sent our online appt request. Beautiful office. Wonderful staff. Dr.Tolleson is great. Explained everything very well. All questions were answered.... Very easy to understand what he is talking about. If you’re looking for a orthodontist office, this is the One.

Decided to get a second opinion at Tolleson after our regular dentist said that our son needed Phase I. Dr. Tolleson was very professional and said that he didn't feel our son needed Phase I, but would very likely need braces once had lost some more baby teeth. Dr. Tolleson could easily have told me that I should proceed with Phase I and I wouldn't have known any better. I very much appreciated his honesty and will return in a year or two for braces.
