This merger from an I office orthodontist to virtual orthodontist was never told to patients. One day I show with my 12 year old for a regular ortho visit, new staff, they asked me to not stay with her (which my child has extreme separation anxiety and I had to firm that I wasn’t leaving her even if I had to stand for the hour). When I asked where the Dr was, everyone looked around and tried to cover up my question. It was awkward and obvious! At this point a woman almost jumped over a client to get to me as quickly as possible, hushing me and my question. She advised me that things had changed and the Dr was now virtual. They were meeting with each parent at the end of each session to share with them the change, but I had stood there and watched multiple clients come and go (teenagers) and no one had spoken to an adult. I realized in that moment that not a single parent knew what had happened that day because none of them stayed back with their children! I have addressed the questions of why costs are cheaper now for new patients since the change, so why am I still paying the same amount and no one wants to give answers. The old Dr was wonderful and personal. This Dr may honestly be nice, but you’d never know. We were NEVER told there was a change to a new Dr!! The office manager said the new Dr with zoom call if you’d like to meet her.I’ve shared with this office manager that this was shady and unprofessional. The office feel has become cold and impersonal. Come in, sign yourself in on the computer, sit down and wait until you are called, take pics (that part is good for reference), and do as you’re told and be sure to pay your bill! Who is in charge here? The ones of us spending our money and trusting our loved ones in your care, or you being clearly shady and disrespectful??

Bad experience this time. Really rude staff, time wasted as my daughter has a heart condition and right there they realized needed an authorization from her cardiologist before they moved forward with process. Also hubby and our daughter got there in time for her appointment at 2:10 pm and were told to go back to lobby because appointment was at 2:40 instead, even though confirmation text for appointment received by them said 2:10. Not even an apology or sympathy. Terrible experience and extremely rude staff.

Kim was amazing.. she went above and beyond to get my daughter her braces quickly. She went over prices and everything that was expected. The dr was super awesome! He explained everything before he did it. He made sure she was comfortable. When my daughter got her braces the assistant went over everything with her. He made sure to be gentle and kept asking if she was ok. He made sure she understood how to clean her teeth. The service is amazing. The staff is amazing. She can’t wait to go back.

They were so friendly and made my granddaughters feel very comfortable. My girls usually have issues whenever they go to the dentist or anywhere that has to do with their teeth, this time being orthodontist. Staff there were super sweet, very informative and professional. Thank you. They even asked if we can switch our dentist to the same location. ☺️ Thank you for everything. Looking forward to talking then there again.

Dr.Jay is vary polite and good with kids for an example if he’s working with a kid and their in pain he’ll make them laugh unlike Dr.Pham she’ll just say stop crying in a strict way tone of voice or say I can’t do my work if she crying!!! And Dr. Jay’s assist Dr. Amreeta there vary good with team work. I would like to appreciate Dr. Jay and his nurse assistant Mrs.Amreenta

Great experience! Got my son in on time. Kim C. was super patient and answered all questions we had. We only came in for a consultation, but my son was so excited so she was able to get us scheduled in to put the braces on same day. Front desk staff was also friendly. Dr. Yamodis was great as well! Explained everything thoroughly and did a great job putting on the braces quickly.

Since the new takeover by Plan Tree Orthodontics I have seen a great improvement. The staff is very friendly and informative. They are also very nice and understanding and even bilingual. The place is always clean and organized. They have plans for payments to help people out, and I never leave feeling confused or uninformed on what they are doing toward my daughters braces. I have 2 more kids I will definitely ve bringing here.

Absolutely amazing office. Very convenient having my daughters regular dentist and orthodontist in one office. She just got her bottom braces today. The staff is always so friendly and make sure you understand all treatment plans and always so quick to work with you on anything you need. Even if I move I will be staying here. Thank you for all you and your staff do to make sure my daughter is happy and comfortable.

I absolutely love this dentist! All the staff are amazing, everyone is so kind. I have been going here for many years and would never go anywhere else. This last week my baby girl who is 2, went to her first cleaning, and the whole process was so amazing. Our Dental Assistant explained every detail thoroughly for her to understand, after her cleaning she said "I love the dentist ". Best of all, we didn't have to wait long before being called back. Hands down best dentist around. Thank you for being awesome!
