I went to a few different orthodontist offices for a consultation for braces. I also worked in the dental field which helped with understanding the process. After visiting with Dr Sheridan at Suncoast Braces, I knew I finally found the right place that could take care of my needs. I am in my forties just starting this journey so it was important to me to try and find a Dr that would listen to my worries. I am 2 years in and I couldn’t be more happier with my decision. All of the staff is absolutely amazing and personable! It is a joy going to their office which is a plus because who likes going to the dentist! And, they make the best cookies!!! I highly recommend Suncoast Braces to anyone looking to get braces. You won’t be disappointed!

Dr.Sheridan and the staff are  amazing. I love them all. My daughter, 3 family members, and myself have all gotten braces there. I’m 52 years old and never thought I would have a beautiful smile, Dr. Sheridan made that dream come true. I recommend Suncoast braces to everyone I know. Him and his staff are the best. They’re all kind, professional, listened to all of our concerns, and were very accommodating.Every time I went there it was a joyful experience. I miss them all ❤️

During your complimentary exam, Dr. Sheridan creates an orthodontic plan that is customized and tailored to your specific needs and with Dr. Sheirdan’s conservative approach- almost every case remains extraction free! This has been my personal observation for over the last almost 10 years. P.S. I was a patient too! We had a pretty good experience with our daughter a few years ago, but we've recently brought our son in for a consultation and have not received the information that we've called multiple times about. My husband and I have both called asking for the information, and although we've both been promised by multiple people that they'll call us back, no one has. It's been weeks. So we're now bringing our business elsewhere since they can't seem to run the show as well as they used to. I'm really disappointed.

I went in to the office on June 2023 to get a consultation for my daughter. The first thing we notice was how friendly and kind everyone in the office were. The doctor came in and went over how he was able to help my daughter, we agreed on the treatment and she was in braces that day. Everyone from the doctor to the staff is amazing patient, and kind. It’s been 9 months and what a change in her smile. I’m so glad I chose Suncoast Braces. Their work is excellent with a friendly environment to match.

My son had been a patient at Suncoast Braces a couple years ago and our experience was good. We were always made to feel very welcome and comfortable. So, I decided to go in for a consultation for myself. The doctor, staff, facility and technology/equipment are excellent. Exceptionally friendly and honest with information and recommendations. I was very impressed with all that was included in their free consultation. I definitely recommend them!

Staff is always kind. Office is always clean and organized. Always decorated in a nice/fun way suited for the holidays or time of year it is. Appointments run on time. The staff is extremely accommodating to all patients and all kinds of ways, from working in a walk in appointment for wire removal for a dental cleaning appointment to fixing a broken wire. Anyone who walks in the door can be expected to. be immediately treated likely family. Whenever I'm given the chance I always highly recommend this office!

Being I was almost 50 when my wife decided I should look into braces since all the kids (4) were done, it turned out to be a great one. From Jessica at the front to all the techs and of Course Dr Robert. Not once have I ever had a bad experience. I would 100% recommend Suncoast Braces. They have WAY over exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you all!!!!!

In July 2023, I brought my daughter to Suncoast Braces to have her teeth evaluated for braces. As part of the evaluation and fitting process, a mold was taken of her teeth and sent off to a laboratory. Dr. Sheridan informed us that it could be upward of 6-8 weeks before the laboratory returned with its assessment, which we completely understand.Based on that understanding, we waited two months to hear back from the them, but we never received any communication over that time. When I called the office to inquire about this, the receptionist told me that they still hadn't heard back from the lab and that the office would contact me when they do.For a few months, thereafter, I would call approximately once a month to see if the lab had returned with their assessment. Each time I called the answer was no, and each time I called the same receptionist became increasingly rude and seemed increasingly annoyed that I was even calling back to check the status.Due to lack of communication and attitude, I finally gave up and stopped calling. It's now March 2024 and I still haven't had anyone reach out to me. We've since decided to move on. It would have been nice if throughout the process their was professional communication and a better attitude from office staff.
