Underwood Orthodontics in Spring

I was referred by Dr. Gatewood to this Dental Clinic. Well, Dr. Underwood’s Dental Clinic - is one of the best dental clinics in Houston or the best dental clinic!They do really have an excellent service! The first day I stepped in inside their clinic, I already had a very good impression about them.Dr. Underwood, Ms.Judy, Ms. Anne and also the other Argentinian staff is always welcoming in every of my appointments and of course very knowledgeable with their profession.Dr. Underwood did an amazing job and I am extremely comfortable and satisfied with my braces. I am almost done with my braces and I can see a big difference. I highly recommended their dental services to anyone.“Their dental care is something, transformational! It’s not just transactional!”The kind of dental care they always gives me really do have a genuine care towards excellence. You guys are awesome! Thank you Dr. Underwood!

This place is like a well-oiled machine! Every time I take my son in for an appointment I am more impressed than the last time. They have got their routine down pat! Not a minute of my time is wasted. They know the kids that are coming in and treat them like family. We really couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Dr. Underwood and his amazing staff. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Underwood did an orthodontic evaluation on my daughter while she had lots of baby teeth remaining. She was not yet ready for treatment at the time. I very much appreciated his attention to the details of my daughter’s unique case. He took time to carefully consider her facial balance and how she would benefit from his technique. When the time comes to move forward with ortho treatment, we will definitely entrust Dr. Underwood to get the job done with great results and a beautiful smile!

Entire staff is wonderful. Office is run very efficiently, however I never felt rushed. Dr. Underwood was so considerate, and answered the multitude of questions I had as an older invisalign patient. I did not have a single negative experience at any level throughout my 15 month treatment. I would highly recommend (and have!) this orthodontist.

As an adult starting orthodontic care, I will admit is scary. Dr. Underwood and Judy are very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that I can achieve the results that I want but also laying out all the truths to get to that final smile. Currently at the pallet expansion phase I see the changes and Dr. Underwood is very transparent during all my appointments. He will let me know how long the appliance has to stay in and what other changes need to be made.His staff are kind and professional and I never have to wait long in their waiting room. I would recommend Dr. Underwood to anyone and will be sending my children to go see him for their orthodontic care.

We've greatly enjoyed our experiences with Underwood Orthodontics. Both of our kids have had braces here. The staff is kind, courteous, and professional. They work with you on any issues you encounter, and incentives to follow instructions are offered to patients. If I had one to mention one detractor it would be that the office is closed on Fridays. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality treatment in a nice, inviting office.

The staff and Dr. Underwood have been extremely pleasant and helpful during my daughters’ visits. Their website and Facebook page was a great resource of information that I found helpful when making the decision about where to take my daughters for braces. The office is conveniently located and the atmosphere is inviting and beautiful with an open concept treatment area. The experience has been great and I would most definitely refer Dr. Underwood and his team to others.

Dr. Underwood is a wonderful orthodontist. After a fall, where I fractured my upper jaw and rearranged my teeth to the point where I could no longer close my mouth properly, he took care of me. Dr. Underwood saw me on a Tuesday, informed me of his plan and I had the braces on by Thursday, the same week. It took a year to get my teeth back in place but each appointment with Dr. Underwood and his staff was wonderful. Even though I was in extreme pain at times, it was relaxing to know I was in good hands as the staff talked me through each procedure. It was so calming to look out a large window onto the Glenloch Farms golf course. My teeth were saved and I can smile again!Thank you Dr. Underwood and Staff.

Our family has had an excellent experience with Dr Underwood and his staff. My daughter began evaluations with him at age 8 every 6 months until it was time to begin treatment. She had braces put on at age 14 and visited ever 6 weeks for 2 years. The Underwood staff is always so friendly, helpful, and supportive of any anxiety my daughter had regarding her braces. The front desk does a great job predicting how long each visit would take and she was always called back for adjustments just as scheduled. We are so happy with how her smile turned out and Dr Underwood made sure her bite was just right. My son will be getting his braces on soon and we will definitely be using Underwood Orthodontics.

Worst experience I have ever had with an orthodontist. I was quoted for a new retainer at $270 only to finally get to my appointment (after they pushed it back) to find out it’s actually $650. One of the incompetent secretaries quoted me for the wrong kind of retainer. Now 3 weeks before my wedding I have to come up with an extra $370. They left me without time to even look for a better option. I would recommend double checking everything they say.
