Springtown Smiles

Driving all the way from Stephenville, I highly recommend the staff and service at Springtown Smiles! Faith, dental assistant, and Dr. Singh, dentist, are the names of the staff members who cared for us. Their professionalism, service, and care is outstanding! Thanks to their great work, we have chose Springtown Smiles as our long term family dentist! A big thank you to Dr. Singh, and Faith!

I went in yesterday and had 4 extractions done with bone grafting and let me tell you this dentist is a magic worker! I have awful dental anxiety and both the dentist and his assistant were so kind and helped me through every step of the process. I woke up this morning with virtually no pain... Yes you read that right, no pain after all the work done. I would recommend this office to any of my family and friends!

We have been using this office for a year now and they are exceptional! Professional, efficient and beyond kind. Theresa at the front desk is the nicest person I’ve ever interacted with, such a genuine lady. The Dr and his hygienists do great, thorough work. My daughter doesn’t want to leave when her appointments end because she says they treat her like a princess <3

I went in today for a deep cleaning as a relatively new patient.I want to share how friendly all the staff members are and how knowledgeable they are.I highly recommend Springtown Smiles.Dana what's my hygienist.If I could give them more than five stars I would!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I was treated with kindness and compassion. They were able to get me in at a moments notice, same day for a tooth infection, and got me scheduled as quickly as they could for an extraction. They walked me though the process with insurance as a first time policy holder and are just so kind. They all remembered me and asked how I was doing at my follow up asking if I felt better. Always a smile and amazing bedside manner from all!!

The appointment was for my nine month old son. I was surprised at how nice the staff was and how quick the visit was simply because they accept Medicaid. A lot of times medicaid offices are packed full of people in the waiting room and it takes forever to get it. This wasn't the case though. We got in basically right away and the lady at the desk and the dental assistant were very helpful and friendly. He just got a super quick checkup from the doctor because he only has four teeth. It was brief and went well, and then they gave him a toy afterwards. Over all a good experience. The only thing I don't like is that I had to use a call center to book my initial appt and because of that there was a miscommunication about insurance and we had to reschedule his appointment.I prefer to just talk directly to the office. But the front desk lady texted me and I was able to deal with her that way and reschedule directly with her with was very nice and convenient.

Everyone here is great - friendly, accomodating and humorous while still maintaining a definite professionalism. Dr. Singh is thorough but reasonable, helping to prioritize care needs. I am very happy with my several experiences thus far and would recommend this dental office to anyone. They do sometimes have dental students help for lower level work (which I think is awesome and shows the level and depth of knowledge they have to pass on) so if that bothers you just let them know but I did not feel on the one visit students were present that it impacted the level of service or care I've received as both the doctor and dental assistant were consistently double checking, correcting and assisting on that visit to make sure everything was done to 100%. They also do everything possible to make sure you're comfortable so that's a big plus in my book too!

As some one has unfortunately had a lot of experience with dentist. Dr. Singh is by far the best. I was there for 2 days long hours and watched him deal with kids and how he handled mine. I have never had a dentist pull a tooth or do work and it not be very uncomfortable. He was able to do a crown and extraction with little to no discomfort. The way he handles his patients is above and beyond.

Oh my goodness, Springtown Smiles is wonderful so far. I just recently moved here from AZ and I had some dental work done about a year before... anyway it was not very good work. Springtown Smiles makes me feel like family. They actually fixed my dental work and then some!! So kind and I feel absolutely blessed to have found such a great dental office, FINALLY!!! DR. Satwinder Singh and Springtown Smiles, you all are the BEST! THANK YOU.

New dentist for me but also a new patient from now on for them. The dentist and his assistant made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable position having a root canal and having to rebuild half the tooth and place a crown on it. Very tough job well done. The front desk people were awesome and very informative. Very smooth process very professional which made my experience good and have earned my business and my wife’s from now on.
