Driving all the way from Stephenville, I highly recommend the staff and service at Springtown Smiles! Faith, dental assistant, and Dr. Singh, dentist, are the names of the staff members who cared for us. Their professionalism, service, and care is outstanding! Thanks to their great work, we have chose Springtown Smiles as our long term family dentist! A big thank you to Dr. Singh, and Faith!

First red flag is the call center. You can’t talk directly to the dental office. I had a 9am appointment I was still in the waiting room at 10. They said that they had to verify my insurance of which I sent them a week prior. The people in front of me, also first timers were told they had no paperwork and they they had to fill it out all over again. All the way around just did not get professional feeling from this place. Do not recommend

I went in yesterday and had 4 extractions done with bone grafting and let me tell you this dentist is a magic worker! I have awful dental anxiety and both the dentist and his assistant were so kind and helped me through every step of the process. I woke up this morning with virtually no pain... Yes you read that right, no pain after all the work done. I would recommend this office to any of my family and friends!

We have been using this office for a year now and they are exceptional! Professional, efficient and beyond kind. Theresa at the front desk is the nicest person I’ve ever interacted with, such a genuine lady. The Dr and his hygienists do great, thorough work. My daughter doesn’t want to leave when her appointments end because she says they treat her like a princess <3

This place is a rip off. We had first visit and worked out a dental plan. Came in for the second part of the plan which was supposed to be a procedure but because it was late in the day the office decided to see us as an exam!!!!! I took off work and took my kid out of school because they were tired and scheduled us wrong. Nooo this was the second time they had put us down for a procedure and end up seeing us as another freaking exam. How many Xray’s do you need in 2 months?? Rip off

Edit: The crown that they did put in fell out after less than a year. It’s very painful. This is the one that I mention below that had the temporary cement. I brought this in to the office to show the office manager and she tells me that this is normal and they have no interest in fixing the issue unless I pay them to fix it. According to her I should pay to fix the poor quality work that they did. This dentist has been an absolute nightmare. They have no interest in fixing issues they created. My next stop is the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.I am in an ongoing dispute with this dentist. They are actively committing fraud. They are literally charging me for teeth they didn't complete work on and their office, including the dentist, has admitted to. For about a year their office had told me over and over again that they were going to remove the work from my bill. Lo and behold I get a call from a collections agency that I need to pay up or the account will go delinquent soon. I will not pay for work that was not done. The office manager at this location was absolutely helpless and basically said she can't do anything because she doesn't have the authority. I can't even imagine what the point of an office manager is if she can't handle extremely simple billing issues. She wasn't even willing to call the collections agency to tell them to put a hold on the delinquency while we look into the issue. She said there is nothing to look into even though her own staff has verbally told me that they were going to get the bill taken care of. The manager says there is nothing to look into. How about you guys LOOK INTO my mouth so you can see what wasn't done.Oh and I almost forgot to mention that the work they did was awful anyways. The dentist put a crown on my molar and did such a horrible job (and used the wrong cement) that it came off over the weekend exposing the raw nerve of my tooth and causing excruciating pain and there was nothing they could do about it until the weekday except recommend that I take Tylenol and put wax over it (which is excruciatingly painful to apply). Literally breathing and causing air to flow over the nerve was painful. And if you've ever had nerve pain or tooth pain (or both at the same time) you know that Tylenol will do absolutely nothing. So finally I go back into the office to get it dealt with and the guy puts a temporary crown on with temporary cement and tells me to come back in a few days to get the permanent one put on. So I go back a few days later. Guess what? He can't get the temporary one off and tells me "It's good enough". He tells me that this sort of thing was normal 20 years ago anyway. This is the kind of garbage work that this place is trying to charge me for. By the way, that temporary crown is STILL on my tooth.Avoid at literally all costs. Even if they make a mistake that the staff and dentist admit to and promises to fix, they won't do anything about it. They are willing to charge me for work they didn't do over $500 at risk of being exposed and sued for fraud. It's actually unbelievable.

Dentist was great. However billing staff was not competent in researching insurance coverage information. Dentist staff spent resources that were not necessary because they are not a provider for our insurance. Service could be streamlined to better serve their patients and the dentist. In the end we could not be seen and the office staff spent 2 hours of their time on us. 🙃

I will not be going here any longer, every time I came here for my 6 month cleaning I was treated with rudeness and given attitudes. Everyone always looked like they just didn’t want to be there and I was never given a warm welcome each visit, they treated me like I was just another patient they were trying to get done with so they could go home. I hated my experience here, everyone here needs to learn how to better treat their clients. I will happily find somewhere else to go.

The office was clean, staff was nice however the dentist refused to extract my infected root canal because it wouldn’t be “aesthetically pleasing.” When I made the appointment I made it clear I wanted my tooth removed and that I did not want another root canal. The office staff said it wouldn’t be a problem. I left with my infected root canal, an antibiotic and a referral to a root canal specialist.
