We have been very impressed from the initial contact with this office through the braces being placed. The office staff is friendly and communicates quickly to all questions. We were able to schedule my son’s visit via text message which was really convenient. During our appointment the staff and Dr. Ouelette were very patient in answering all questions and easing my son’s nerves about the process. The actual braces application went smoothly and Dr. Ouelette and his team messaged and called to check in multiple times. I have been very happy with everything about this experience and highly recommend this office!

We have had an excellent experience with St. Johns Orthodontics. We came from overseas and my daughter had to have her braces redone. I was worried that it would be a really negative experience for her, but it turned out to be the opposite. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Outlette is awesome. He explained the plan in detail and he keeps the comfort of his patients in mind— the staff even calls to check up after adjustments. Highly recommend coming here if you’re in need of an orthodontist.

Dr. Oullette and his staff have been phenomenal! They are friendly and show they really care about what they do. I have 2 of my kids in braces and my third child has a personalized plan of care to treat her orthodontic needs prior to the placement of braces. I would recommend Dr. Oullette to anyone in need of orthodontic treatment! I even had new retainers made and I’ve been very pleased with the product!

We love Dr. Oulette! Both of my kids have had orthodontic treatment at his practice. The staff are always great and very friendly. He is super funny and can relate to the kids, but does a really good job Explaining the treatment plan. The appointments are always fast and very flexible around our busy schedules. I would definitely recommend this practice!

St. John’s orthodontics is without a doubt the best orthodontic center in St. John’s county and probably the entire Jacksonville area. I have brought both of my kids here for their braces. Not only was quality and customer service top-notch but they always made everything super convenient and easy to work with.I would highly recommend them.

My fixed retainer popped off one tooth when flossing. It was still attached to the other tooth so I was stuck on a Sunday with having to deal with the wire in my mouth. I googled my previous orthodontist from 20 years ago, but he had either left the area or retired.Monday morning I called several orthodontists. St. John’s was willing to take me that day. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff. I met the doctor and he explained the new technology that would work better as a retainer. I had my new retainer the next day!!I’m older (60’s)and I watched him interact with with the teens as I waited my turn. He had a calming, friendly demeanor. I was impressed.I definitely recommend this orthodontist.

They front desk staff and the Orthodontist and staff are absolutely amazing! I would not take my son to any other orthodontist!! I’m very very Happy with them!!! And now that his next appointment is the removal of his braces, I am continually impressed with their knowledge and care for every person who steps through their door! Recommend them 110%!

I’m very happy I chose St Johns Orthodontics for my son’s braces. Doctor and dental assistants is very informative through the whole process. It’s been 8 months and I have seen such a big difference in my son’s teeth.Great place and love that it’s a minute away… so very convenient for a busy mom. They are so great working around my work schedule and my son’s school schedule. I definitely recommend especially for families that live in the World Golf area of St John’s County. The only negative is they are not open on the weekends…so my son won’t miss school on each adjustment. ;)

'This dentist is the rudist, most discriminatory, uncaring, money-hungry, and disingenuous health care provider I have ever met in my 74 years. I can prove each of those adjectives with documentary evidence so please read on...it's a shocking story!! As I am a federal retiree I signed up for a PPO insurance with the government called Delta Dental of California. PPO insurances pay dentists in their network a reduced fee, but the perk that the dentist gets is much advertising and opportunity to bring in many customers. They sign a contract between each other and the PPO customer is never to pay more than their share which is usually half of a pared down fee set by Delta Dental. The amount the dentists earn is drastically smaller than they earn from patients with no insurance. I called Dr. Oeulette's office a week prior and verified he accepted Delta Dental PPO and I told my reason to be seen was 'relapsed orthodontia ' or prior braces where teeth have shifted back to positions before the dental work. They stated I was approved to come in, and pages of paperwork was sent to me via portal to fill out online. I completed the paperwork and added a note to "Please help me" as time is of the essence when teeth are relapsing. Arrived for appointment perfectly on time, and technician lead me back for xray. I handed her my Delta Dental card, and she said, "Oh, we don't need that." Red Flag! Red Flag! Red Flag! They had not even met me, nor looked at my teeth, but they already decided that they were not going to accept me as a patient. UNCARING! MONEY HUNGRY! They cared nothing about me, I couldn't of offended them because I hadn't met the doctor yet

Very clean and modern office. The staff was amazing from start to finish. We are new patients. Dr.Ouellette was so kind and soft spoken and helped my 11 year old feel so comfortable and explained everything to us about her upcoming phase 2 of braces. He showed me everything I needed to see in her mouth that helped me understand. Very pleased.
