Dentists that care. Sonia is wonderful and compassionate. Dr. Jimmy and Dr. Van's and Sonia's mental fortitude is impressive I don't know how they do it. It's amazing. They want to do the best they can.I would recommend this office to anyone, friends, family, acquaintances, coworkers.5/5

As a kid, I always feared the dentist and always had issues with my teeth. Saint Cloud Smiles change the way I felt about the dental process. The people are as genuine as they can get. I am very thankful for meeting Doctor Ball, Van, and P. Van. Their expertise and hard work saved me money and time. I've been a patient at their office for three or more years. Their dental assistants and hygienists are just as knowledgeable as them. I highly recommend this Dentist office.

Dr. Jennifer and the staff at St Cloud Smiles is absolutely amazing, I was having an emergency issue and they were able to accommodate me the same day!! The visit was on point, professional, able to diagnose, treat the immediate needs and come up with a treatment plan during the holiday!!!Highly recommended ‼️‼️‼️

God forbid you can’t confirm an appointment 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME! like if nothing happens in two weeks. They will cancel your appointment the same day they send you a text to confirm it. Then when you call back there’s nothing they can do and they will schedule it a month later! Very unprofessional and they are only after your money. (They ask you two weeks in advance so that when u can’t make it then they tell you I’m sorry but u confirmed and now have to a pay the miss appointment fee) every place is two days before not them. For them it’s a whole two weeks. Mind you I did confirm but I said I will let them know for sure for sure on a Friday. But they sent me a confirmation text then 2 hours later when I was still at work and couldn’t reply. they canceled it.

I was a brand New Patient, this company told me they accepted my insurance. I made a basic appointment. At the end of it, they charged me $200+ out-of-pocket AND billed my insurance over $150 JUST for a basic New Patient Exam, Xray and a "Deeper Cleaning"... This is wrong. DO NOT GO HERE. They will rip you off. Still have no idea what I was charged for. It left a terrible taste in my mouth. I cancelled all my future appointments. Before leaving, I tried to ask why I was even charged so much after my insurance should have covered 100% it. I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. Very Friendly Staff.. but total rip off over all.. I'll never be back. Extremely disappointed. I was wrongfully charged.I got a second opinion at a different dental office today, they were extremely confused about my charges from this location. I only had to pay $60 for the SAME THING at their dental office. I'll only be going there from now on..

I have been going to this office for three years now. My insurance company and this office have decided to go their separate ways, so now I have to find another dentist. St. Cloud Smiles is a great dental practice! Everyone here is so very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. No one really LIKES going to the dentist, but these people made it pleasant. I know I will have a problem finding another practice that is as good. PS Thanks to Helen for her kindness over the phone!!

My experience was wonderful...I wanted to thank Helen and Vita for all they do, these ladies are amazing!! Also, Katherine for my deep cleaning it was painless and did an absolutely great job. Also JoJo, KC and Ester for taking care of me so well. I never felt rushed, they made me feel comfortable and they took care of me as if I was family...Last but not least Dr. Ball is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth so you do not have future health risks. I found her to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health. It's not easy to find a great dentist I highly recommend Dr. Ball and her staff !

If anyone is looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend St Cloud Smiles. Dr Ball, Jojo, and the rest of the staff are amazing. Very pleasant, professional, patient, and friendly. I was putting off getting a procedure done on my tooth because of my anxiety. Like they say, third time is a charm. With Dr Ball’s and Jojo’s help, guidance, and support, I was able to conquer my fear and get my procedure done. Jojo told me great stories about her family, we have a lot of things in common. Dr Ball also sang songs to help me relax. I strongly feel that this helped to relax my mind and get this procedure done that I have put off for such a long time. I am grateful and appreciative that they went above and beyond expectations. 😀
